I chose the UPS Store option on my return even though it's further from home because I didn't have a box or printer to print the label. It indicated neither was needed. I had to buy a $5.30 bag to ship it. I'll be going back to Staples where it never costs me a sent.

In my location where I'm at right now, Williamstowns' UPS Store, is very, VERY helpful. Whenever its returning an item, or delivering something, the employees at the place are very friendly and caring to us. Would recommended a fellow friend to go there.
