Unfortunately their website is extremely misleading. They are not on the ocean obviously, but website claims they are. No guest computer available and definitely not a 24 hour concierge. They try to overcharge you if you don't ask for a receipt at checkout.

We enjoyed the pool and picnic areas. Nice breakfast eaten outside each morning.
Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hope to visit again.
Nearby activities: We enjoyed The Cascade Trail, The Clark, and Mt. Greylock.
Food & drinks: We recommend Olympia restaurant (walking distance), Water Street Grill, and Moonlight Diner and Grille.

Well maintained and clean room. The only reason I dropped a star from my rating is because, like other places we have stayed, there are not enough clothes hooks! In our opinion, guests need a place to toss their hats or wet clothes (from getting caught in the rain).
Breakfast is a cold buffet, no hot food, and is served at the office desk. So there are no inside tables to sit at and linger over your food. There are picnic tables just outside the door which is fine if it is not raining. The fresh fruit was outstanding.
The grounds are pretty and inviting. There are tables and chairs in several locations on the property. I did not have an opportunity to use the pool due to the thunderstorms that rolled through every afternoon.
All in all, it was a pleasant place and conveniently located.

Clean reasonable comfortable. The breakfast is amazing every fruit known to the human race plus lots of other things. The owners are incredibly generous and kind and friendly offering everyone to take more fruit to their rooms. Wonderful place to stay
Rooms: The rooms are a little old-fashioned but very clean and comfortable with a great big modern TV and Coffee pot and refrigerator Period

Perfect little motel with amazing breakfast! They even had Panera bread items! The owner called us every morning to see if we were gonna eat that day if I hadn’t gone to breakfast by 10! Super awful fruits and yogurts too! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely, albeit short stay last week. We checked in late, about 10 pm, and our room was ready, check-in went very quickly, and our room AC had been turned down to help us have a comfortable night sleep. The rooms are a bit dated, but were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but there was a HUGE variety of items to choose from. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming!
Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
Rooms: The room we had had 1 queen bed. It was dated, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but acceptable, and it had a nice large mirror with shelf/counter space in the main part of the room, which made for easy maneuverability while we both tried to get ready.

Outstanding Service, Very Friendly. Very Nice Rooms. Very Dated Building.
Rooms: Very Nice Interiors, bedding, carpet, and such
Nearby activities: Near Mass MOCA
Noteworthy details: Outstanding Continental Breakfast
Tons of Organic Fruit, Multiple bagel choices, cereal, muffins, cake, coffee, several juices, super friendly.
The building is dated and in need of some repairs on the exterior, but this is overshadowed by the great service and friendly people.

Willows has long been a 'Go-To' spot whenever returning to the Berkshires as a former MCLA (North Adams State) mens basketball Alum '85. Conveniently located where you can have the best of Williamstown as well as the short travel distance to North Adams, the hospitality is gracious, welcoming and on point in providing cozy, clean and comfortable rooms. I look forward to returning soon.
Nearby activities: MCLA Alumni weekends/Events (basketball)

The hotel is very family friendly. Room is clean and warm, furniture and lamps are of antique style, towels are thick and fluffy, everything works in the room (fridge, light switches, window). Near downtown, safe, good location. Paul is the owner, very friendly and welcoming. Good price also.
