Excellent customer service. Pulled in with our motorhome thinking the worse. Just a staple in the tire which they were able to pull out and the stem needed replacing causing the tire to get low. Had us back on the road quickly!! Can’t thank them enough

I was in need of new tires and was worried to drive my car any longer with the condition they were in. They had my tires ordered and working on my car within 15 hours. Amazing, reliable service! Will definitely be retuning in the future.

Getting a big screw in your tire on your way to work could ruin anyone’s day. I was so fortunate AAA Tire Co was able to fix me up and back on the road in less than an hour! Will definitely come back! Great service and straightforward employees. ??

I have been a customer of AAA Tire Wilmington for over 30 YEARS!!!
Thus is why I TRUSTED Danny & Scott to simply mount 4 New Tires on My 2018 Tacoma with ONLY 15000 Miles on it.
I got my Truck back with my nice new MEATY Tires they mounted for $275.00.
I didn't reach Rocco's Restaurant when my D/S/F wheel came off my Truck & ROLLING beside me!!!!!!!
My LF front end, nose dived to the pavement & from the Grace of God no one was hurt by the ROLLING WHEEL down the street & I was able to get to the side of the road SAFELY.... I Came to find out that they had a Shawsheen Tech student changing my tires!!!! Had I been told that was the PLAN, I would have taken my TREASURED TACOMA to Sullivan Tire......

However I got NOT 1 PENNY BACK of MY $275.00 FAILED Install Charge......
AAA Tire SIMPLY paid the Boutiett's Auto Body charge.........
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AAA TIRE AGAIN!!!!!

I was a walk in last minute right before closing time stressed out about a flat tire that just happened and no spare and with a smile on their face they took my car in and fixed the tire without second thought. They took a very stressful situation and with their knowledge on my run flat tire and precision fixed it.

This place runs like a well oiled machine. BUT I lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars. They damaged 2 of my aluminum rims by gouging the rim when pulling the stem out. Now the finish is peeling off my rims. This is after I spoke to the manager and asked them to be careful. A simple rag under their tool would've prevented the damage. Check your rims before you leave!!!

After going to a tire company and being told all my tires had to be replaced. I went for a 2nd opinion to AAA Tire Co. They replaced one tire and saved me alot of money. Not only did they accommodate me as a walk in, but they made it a pleasant experience. I wish I had asked the guys name who worked on my vehicle. It's good to know there are still honest people around. Go to AAA you won't be disappointed!!
