Tama assisted us on the closing of our auto loan! She was professional, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. She made the loan process so easy & she worked so hard to get everything done for us as soon as possible. She made our car purchasing experience wonderful (who can say that these days)! We have had only wonderful experiences with Align! From mortgage and home equity, business account, student account, checking and savings! Feel like they are always watching out for us! Couldn't be happier!

Went through Align for a MassSave loan for my home heating. The process was surprisingly easy and I'll definitely keep them in mind for the next time. Just had to knock off a star because they never did send me my checks for the checking account I opened.

Worst credit union in the financial world. Don't apply for a mortgage unless you want to have it fund a year from your application is submitted. They charge for ATM fees. Got to Metro Credit Union all fees are waived even internationally and other bank fees. So disappointed in Align Credit Union so outdated.....

I was referred to this branch from a friend. I brought my son here with us and wanted to open his first credit card and checking account. We heard that the entire staff and the manager Jesse Meyer were very friendly. I had a lot of questions and they were accommodating especially in these times we are living in. They explained everything to us and were very attentive to my son explaining it to him and answering any questions he had. Mr. Meyer explained to me about different CD's I may want to invest in. We also talked about refinancing and home equity loans. He is a great asset to your establishment and I look forward to doing more business in the future with him and your staff.

What a garbage institute. Unless you're into customer service phone calls and having money evaporate from your account, stay away! I know that sounds extreme and it's true that I'm very angry right now. But this is the 4th time I've had to contact them because money has gone missing. I've had a business account, a personal account and a car loan with them for a few years. This last week i noticed a check I had deposited via mobile deposit 4 days prior -and cleared as deposited on my end- had been withdrawn from my account marked as "unable to read ada #". It's not that Align contacted me to let me know. In fact, when I called them, the customer service rep said there was no note on my account about it. I wasted a lot of time and energy resolving this, including having to go back to a client and have them re-write the check and being embarrassed about how shitty and unprofessional my bank is. I have had TWO clients contact me in the last 3 months saying that their check hadn't been deducted from their account. I was like OH THATS FUNNY, because I know for sure I deposited them via mobile app. I don't even want to think about what other checks have been withdrawn after being cleared, or how many clients didn't notice or just didn't bring it to my attention. A real garbage institution. Will never trust these fools with my money again.
