Went in-person and had a wonderful experience. I was able to find two very nice used steelcase chairs that my friend and I tried out before purchasing. Prices were reasonable and I would definitely revisit should I need another piece of office furniture.

Brooks has a great inventory, high qualty of used and new office equipment. More importantly the staff is professional and invested in assuring you get the best furniture for your project. After years of furnishing spaces, I've concluded Brooks is the best at what they do.

Pieces are in good shape for being second-hand. Quality furniture for 20% of MSRP. Not a lot of staff, but the ones I spoke to were helpful. Have a little patience and get a good deal!
