Here is a hack for you: if you like cold brew, order it with less ice or no ice, it is the same price and you get more coffee. A small no ice cold brew coffee is pretty a medium.

This was absolutely the worst experience... they had to ask for our simple order 3 times, while they had us wait. They tried to hand us a hot coffee when we order 2 iced. The wait was long, the service was bad and the drinks were NOT worth it! The employees cuss and vape in front of customers, as well. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the time and headache and go to Old Dog. The level of incompetence was infuriating!

the only people complaining on here are probably the ones who were the problem. i’ve never had an issue at this store. give credit to the ones who are making YOUR coffee for YOU when you could be making it for yourself at your own home instead. life is too short to be complaining about a coffee shop.

Hi, I wanted to leave a good comment because the coffee is always great. However yesterday i was given a hard time with a employee and this morning I went to talk to the general manager and she wasn't much of any help. I tired to explain the situation to her today and she didn't allow me to voice what happened yesterday. Yesterday at 6:40 am I walked to 211 Lowell street Wilmington,Ma. I understand that lobby was closed due to only having three workers, so I walked thru drive thru and ordered. After ordering and paying the employee to the window, she threw her gun scanner and proceeded to tell me that customers are complaining about my attitude. I wasn't disrespectful until she proceeded to continue arguing say ," you do have a attitude " I told her to just give me my coffee and attendant to Dunkin business. Its 56 degrees outside and I'm standing in drive thru window. I left with no issue after getting my coffee. I went this morning to get my coffee with no reason of arguing with anyone, I wanted to speak to the general manager about the issue yesterday because i wanted her to hear my side of the story, I go to this Dunkin every morning. She didn't even allowed me to get a word before she tells me , " she heard what happened and that I was rude to customers." She confirmed she was not there yesterday but taking the word of her worker. From there I knew anything I said didn't matter to her and I became rude I also did have a attitude. I worked for fast food over 5 years I know for a fact the saying is customers are right. I would think she would have tried to understand or even hear me out but she did not.

6pm sunday 9/11/22 i guess “short staffed” translates to were gonna treat you like dirt. Literally not a single other person in sight not like your job was that difficult you had to make one coffee. If you’re going to hire 16-year-olds at least make sure you hire 16-year-olds with the ability to maintain them selves as a professional employee.

Visited around midday on a Wednesday in mid-August. We ordered a variety of stuff here: coffee munchkins, a couple breakfast sandwiches. The products were pretty tasty, decent value, prepared pretty quickly. The staff were friendly. The venue itself was clean, inviting. I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in a while so it was nice to be back and to experience the new brand identity. I would come back to this location.

This location on my way to work and I have my breakfast almost every day lately non of my order correct. Sometimes charges more or wrong order and when I let them know about my order is wrong or you guys extra charge, they never fixed the problem always look and wants you to accept their fault and leave,
