I have called FedEx customer service now twice. They make it so you can't talk to a human and I need to change the mailing address. The automated voice doesn't allow it. It's not one of the options. So what do you do?

HATE THIS FEDEX FACILITY, THEY SAID THEY FAILED 3 DELIVERIES BECAUSE I HADN'T GOT THE RIGHT ADDRESS WHICH I USED FOR ALL MY DELIVERIES AND NEVER GOT A PROBLEM. BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT 7 TIMES BUT BECAUSE OF SOME PEOPLE IN THIS FACILITY I HAD TO GET MY DELIVERY BY HAND. THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ARE JUST A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN.

FedEx has to be the worse delivery company. If I could give zero stars I would have - they cannot deliver any of my parcels to the right city. They leave it on a strangers doorstep and then claim they don't know where my package is. Seriously don't ship ANYTHING through FedEx, this has been going on for more than two years now!

Absolute horrible experience. App and website do not allow requesting holding at location, and now I'm forced to go this far to pick up a package.

I had a package that was meant to be signed for and was time sensitive. I received a notice there was a delivery attempt but no one was there to sign. That was not the case someone was waiting for it all day. The manager who gave me my package after I had to drive to pick it up from them was dismissive and provided no compensation or recourse for this experience and slammed the window on my face after I asked for an explanation of why this happened.

Have a couple of cases open of packages being delivered to the wrong address. Still have no resolution. Not sure if it's the driver's or the local service but they don't get the zip code or city correct

Hypocrite leadership. They rather say youre working unsafely or unwise than realizing that youre handling alot of load for yourself especially when loading with no help. Look for more to criticize than help you or make the work better or be supported when needed. Demoralizing styles.
