I love that this place is open later than most places! Makes it real convenient for after work! I have been to this location several times now between my previous car and the new rims I had delivered to this spot. They’re professional and proficient! The staff has always been nice to me and understanding when it comes to any thing I have needed while they’ve worked on my vehicles! Greg is outstanding at his job! not only is he very professional but he’s extremely knowledgeable and that’s huge in my book!
I also wanna quickly mention another employee whom stood out to me whos name was Mamadou , he was so polite and friendly that i will absolutely tell people to go there! When you’re at a place like this .. and you’re spending more money than you’d like to, it makes a huge difference when the person is friendly polite and just easy to deal with! Someone’s attitude really is contagious and I thank u for having a good one with me even later in the day before closing time too! Firestone offers roadside protection with their tiers that I absolutely recommend pursuing!! It’s has saved me not only lots of money and I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank u again guys!

The team at Firestone Wilmington were A+. The service team I had interaction with were Jon and Greg. Very good people with attention to details. They were so efficient at servicing my tire replacement. I appreciate their time and professionalism. They were extremely busy and treated me like I was VIP. Will definitely be going back. I brought my car in because the air conditioner was not working. Another auto repair retailer told me it needed a new compressor. I brought it to Firestone for a second opinion and I’m very glad I did. Greg and his team diagnosed the problem as a bad sensor. They also replaced two air filters that were eaten away by mice. The compressor was fine and the repair cost less than half the cost the other retailer quoted me. I highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care in Wilmington if you need a reliable and honest service center for all your automobile maintenance and repair needs.

Greg is probably THE best guy ive met in this entire industry. Very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Brought my BMW in for a last minute alignment before a road trip, and he made it happen for me in the knick of time. 10/10 guy, this is the best Firestone around by far. Cannot thank Greg enough. Will definitely come back for all my needs.

Upon realizing I had 2 screws in one of my tires, I called Firestone as a lot of shops aren't open on Sundays. I was told to bring the vehicle in and was given a plan with cost. The work was done as planned in 90 minutes. Extremely satisfied and will be going back when work is needed on my other vehicles.

The team was the right level of friendly, walked me through what the issue was clearly and did their best to communicate through a unavoidable delay. They repaired the car quickly, on time despite the issue, and helped walk me through why certain things were mentioned on the form.
