I find Paul and all his employees to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. They try to minimize your cost whenever possible, and give honest advice about the problems with your car. They also were very accommodating with scheduling.

Great experience with Paul and the team. Had a suspension kit installed to replace the failed air suspension in my truck. Dropped it off on Sunday and it was ready Monday afternoon. Truck now rides smoother than ever. The final price was even LESS than I was quoted. Fair, honest prices and excellent quality work. I will definitely be returning in the future when the need arises!

I had a very good experience with Forest Auto Repair and will definitely come back in the future for any repairs. I brought in my car for an exhaust leak because I could see a hole formed in the muffler. My car is a 2009 with over 200,000 miles on it but it is on good shape and want to keep it running, but also prefer to not spend a crazy amount on repairs if possible. The muffler is connected to the catalytic converter as a single piece which would be very expensive to replace in kind. Paul, the owner, was a great guy and spent a little time to figure out which muffler he can order and install without having to remove the catalytic converter. He was able to cut the exhaust and weld in the muffler which was much more cost effective than replacing the part in kind as a whole piece.I really appreciated Paul's kindness and flexibility. I came in the morning and they were able to have it repaired that same day because Paul said they luckily had an opening and could get to my car right away. The price was fair, the service was good, but most importantly Paul seemed like a genuine guy who I'd trust and not feel ripped off like I have with other mechanics in the past.

Had a great experience with Forrest Auto repair. They kept me updated on what was happening throughout the time they had my car, I was able to pay over the phone and pick it up after hours. Great job by the guys at this shop. I brought my jeep in for brake service, all 4 brakes and rotors. I had my reservations on how the brakes would come out as the jeep is over 5k lbs. my previous brake job from the dealership was terrible so I was that customer that asked a lot of questions due to bad experience. The guys at the shop were great, they answered my concerns and made their recommendation based on their experience. So far the brake job was excellent and the workmanship is highly appreciated.
