1. Very small track
2. Score keeping board doesn't work/severely delayed
3. Long wait times - After registering, we were told it'd be a two hour wait
4. There isn't much else to do
I would not recommend coming here. They advertise $30 for a single race but omit the license fee on top of that cost, and is completely unnecessary in my opinion. I would rather take the hour drive to Supercharged. Better track, more interactive staff and other options to have fun (huge arcade, laser tag, etc.)

Went on a Monday evening. No waiting, we got right in. The track is fun and the carts all worked as expected. Will definitely be back to try the drift carting

Very disappointing first-time experience. We waited for almost 3hours while people who arrived after us were taken in first, and no one explained why. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. When we checked in, they told us it would be 40 minutes. After an hour we asked again, and they said 30 more minutes. We waited another 30 minutes, only to be told to wait another 30. Meanwhile, other people just walked in and went straight to the race.We got there at 7:30pm and only went on the race at 10:20
The bathrooms were dirty, the service was terrible, and the staff wasn’t friendly at all. They didn’t even apologize for the long wait. Definitely a bad experience. Bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor staff, they don't gave us any instructions, barely talk to us but between them, many people at the desk but no one paying attention, they dont let us finish our laps and zero kind staff. They also don't have nothing to claim tickets.

This was our first time visiting K1. It was also our first time karting. My wife and two boys ages 15 and 12 joined. Overall it was a good experience. We had one notable concern, my wife was crashed into fairly hard during our second race. In fact it disabled the kart that ran into her. We soon realized three of the karts in that race were set to a faster speed causing them to come up on us fast …it felt intimidating, my wife was ticked off and my 12 year old was a little scared. It wasn’t a good experience. It seems like all karts in a race should be set for the same speed. If some karts are set faster it makes it clearly makes it more dangerous and increases risk. It didn’t help that the three guys in those karts didn’t seem very friendly either…they were taking it very seriously and we were simply there to have some family fun and explore something new.

We had an amazing time! My seven year old had the time of his life. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend k1 any day. I can’t wait to bring my son back around the holidays.

Terrible first experience.
The front desk is super nice, but the staff in the lap don’t really do anything even if people hit you on purpose.
This is supposed to be a non-contact sport, yet I got slammed three damn times by the same person in just 12 laps. My ankle’s scratched up, my shoulder’s bruised, and my helmet nearly got knocked off. I even got stuck on the track because of it. And what’s worse? Nothing happened to the group of people who kept ramming into me and my friend on purpose. It’s ridiculous! are there no rules, or do they just not apply to some people?
Absolute waste of time. The staff have no idea what they’re doing, and the drivers act like reckless idiots with no respect.
Also the staff ‘forgot’ to put our name on the list, so we waited for 40+mins for this shitty experience.

The track is very short, the electric karts don't have very good batteries, and those with good batteries are faster than the others. He keeps turning off and stopping all the karts.
