I've been here over 40 times, and most times very quick, in and out. The blood tests and other tests are quick, and painless. The results are usually fast. I don't know what these other people are talking about but i've been there many times and no issues.

Very rude and unprofessional. No one was at the registration desk. When I went to drop off my labs, the lady asked me to go back to the register and she insisted that there will be someone. I waited for a long time until someone showed up. Then they tell me there’s no order for my drop off. Employees should know that they’re being paid by patients, they should treat them nicely.

Hilariously rude. Walked in with a lab request from my electronic patient portal and was told I needed a hard copy. They refused to work with me or print the form I had, despite having taken the electronic form in the past. Your experience is going to completely depend on which front desk person / phlebotomist is on duty, but typically will be unpleasant.

Very unprofessional, rude and even nasty. The lab lady kept coughing on us and she would remove her mask to cough. We were sent back and had to come back and when we did she was eating crackers and wiped her hands OFF her pants and brought us to the back. I asked her twice to put on gloved and she ignored me. My daughter has severe allergies (over 20 allergies) and it was very important to us that she washed her hands first or at least put on gloves. That was our last experience there, we had been there before a few times and it was just as bad. This place should be shut down.

I am still so upset hours after leaving the labs today. Not only did they ALL seemed incredibly miserable to be there, as if I was inconveniencing them, but they were also quite rough with my 9 month old baby who has 1. Never done this before and 2. Has no understanding or control over his reaction or emotions. I got home and CRIED MYSELF thinking back at how unemotional and unsympathetic the staff was. They didn’t do 1 single thing to calm my baby or make him feel comfortable. I just literally felt like we were interrupting their day/were doing something to annoy or bother them. It was truly the worst experience ever and I will absolutely never take my child back there, even if it’s upstairs from his pediatrician office. Please hire some staff with human emotion or compassion. People like that should not work in the medical field or with the general public. I’m honestly still so upset. From the cranky lady at registration to the lab experience, awful awful awful all around and will gladly talk to any management who wants more information. Also would like to note that I was the ONLY person there at the time. No mad rush, no wait... absolutely 0 excuse for the level of unacceptable and compassionless service received. I’ll definitely be telling pedi about my experience as well.

Quick place do get blood labs done. Better than going through a big hospital and having to pay for parking.
