Paul toured our current home and answered all of our questions about selling and buying. We targeted a specific area and had certain requirements for what we wanted. We knew finding that type of home would be like threading a needle.
With Paul’s help, we found the home we were looking for. That was just the start of the journey. As we moved through the process of buying a new home and selling our current home, issues arose on both ends. That’s when Paul really went to work.
When we had questions, Paul had answers. When we needed a recommendation for a real estate attorney, Paul gave us multiple names. When issues arose with selling our home, Paul gave us advice on how to handle them. When we hit what appeared to be a fatal roadblock in purchasing the home we wanted, Paul was there to make calls, use his connections, and solve problems we couldn’t or didn’t know how to solve.
My wife and I went through several spells of thinking this was all going to fall through. Paul simply refused to let that happen, and eventually, he pushed us across the finish line with selling our home and buying the home we wanted.
When we were unpacking our new home after closing earlier that day, we ran into an issue and texted Paul. He came over to the house and solved it for us. Paul didn’t have to do that, but he did.
