Savers is a thrift retailer offering gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Reviews note a great selection and good finds can be made. However, multiple customers report that prices are often way too high, inconsistent, and above actual selling prices for used items, with children’s clothing specifically mentioned. Management is described as unresponsive when approached about pricing. There are also criticisms of customer service. The donation center management does not follow posted hours, stopping acceptance whenever they feel like it, which can waste a donor's time. Additionally, a supervisor was seen holding a cigarette while on the job, which made a customer feel very uncomfortable and confused. The store's pricing practices and management responsiveness are consistent points of concern among reviewers.
The prices were good. Staff was friendly. There was a man with a tie, that I think was the manager at the checkout and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind:) God bless

Savers stores are all too greedy, to be enjoyable anymore. Their storage is overflowing with stuff they get for free, yet they try to sell trash and dollar tree items for more than the store they came from.
