The prices were good. Staff was friendly. There was a man with a tie, that I think was the manager at the checkout and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind:) God bless

I love shopping here, but the employees need to be wearing their workvvest/nametag. All he was wearing was a suit and baseball cap. Just came up and offered to enter my phone number if i had one with the store. Immediately felt unsafe. It also doesn’t help that they resell stuff from the Dollar Tree next door for double what it cost over there.

Not sure whose pricing the clothing but it’s gotten so expensive, I loved stopping in here but saw a dress for 79.99$ the other day.. like what??? The west Roxbury one is a lot better with inventory and more accurate and affordable with their prices. I wish this one was more like that as it’s a bit closer to me. They were at one point….i also feel like they don’t truly put out the really “good” stuff they receive. When they first opened there were so many name brand items. Don’t come across that as much anymore 🤷🏻♀️ will still stop in once in awhile but won’t buy anything

Savers stores are all too greedy, to be enjoyable anymore. Their storage is overflowing with stuff they get for free, yet they try to sell trash and dollar tree items for more than the store they came from.

One of your employees was super rude when I merely requested to visually look at something that hadn't been cleaned up. He dismissed me as though I was a piece of trash. I would have happily moved along if I wasn't treated with such nasty behavior. If you want people to buy stuff, you should probably train your employees to at bare minimum not be disrespectful. I will not be coming here again and will tell others to avoid.

Don't waste your time coming here, lacking tremendously in selection, never anything ever worth purchasing....kinda dissapointed. I used to find this to be the best savers around, always had reasonable treasures, now this savers is just a waste of time to visit....

I love Savers overall, but this Savers over prices all their items. They don't check sold comps on Ebay. They price stuff way above actual selling prices on items that they got for free.

In the past have shopped and donated Last few times I found the people accepting donations to be rude and seemed to only want to accept small items and cloths won’t waste my time with Savers any longer

Great selection, but prices are inconsistent and often way high. When managers are approached about pricing they are unresponsive.

I’ve been to many thrift stores, but the Wilmington Savers has some of the worst management I’ve experienced. The way the managers treat both customers and their own staff is unacceptable — dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. It’s clear there’s no respect for the people who shop here or for the employees who work hard every day. This store could be so much better if leadership cared about creating a welcoming and respectful environment. The management team needs to be replaced for this location to improve.
