Prices are way too high. Lot of Dollar Store items being sold for $2.99 the store seems to be taken advantage of people looking for a bargain. $19.99 for used frying pan. This place seems to be taking advantage of people looking to save a little money. I see lot of people shaking their heads and walking out.

Not really a fan of used clothing. Used shoes creep me out. Sometimes they have me items , like packs of socks.

The store is very clean, well organized, and great selection. Prices are ok - maybe a little higher than expected. But be careful, the staff is a collection of angry people. Especially the front register manager lady. She is cantankerous, rude and seemingly goes out of her way to make your life miserable. Even a quick question is met with a scowl. Watch out for the "exchange policy". No receipt - too bad can't look it up. No original tags still on the clothes? Too bad its yours. There are no try on rooms in this store so good luck if you get clothes and need to "exchange" them.

This is an awful place. A man burped in my face as I was walking by and dint even say excuse me. Than he stared a a girl creepily. It smells like baby diapers in there. People coughing in there every ware. Also there was glass on the ground. And little kids crying and playing with a screeching chicken. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Prices in jewelry are reaching and even exceeding antique store level pricing. It’s always pretty easy to find someone to show the jewelry to you here though, can’t say the same for every Savers. No point looking at shoes or purses here, but the housewares selection is decent. As others have mentioned, the furniture prices have me wondering what the pricers are smoking back there; they are charging $50 for huge, bulky, scratched up pieces which people literally pay to get rid of. Kids clothes are fairly reasonably priced, women’s and men’s not so much. The production team (the people putting out the product) are always very nice to talk to and very helpful, though the older lady working near the registers should probably retire or find a non-customer-facing job.

This has been my favorite savers up until today. I drive 40 minutes just to get here instead of going to other locations that are closer because i have generally enjoyed my experience at this store. Serious attitude problem from the employees when asking to look at the jewelry. I don’t usually go in the morning/afternoon but i had today off and have not been in a while so i stopped by. I walked up to the checkout counter to ask to see jewelry and had three employees just talking to each other and not bothering with any customer service. When one of them finally asked what i needed help with she did not say a single hi or how are you and had a blank face the entire time i asked her to check out some of the pieces and she said someone would be over. As i walked over there the employees loudly talked about how they did not want to do the jewelry counter and when she finally came over she sighed and gave me an attitude and slammed the jewelry door every time i asked to see something which was only three different items. I told her that i will take all three items and i watched her put them in the bag and ahe asked my name for them. I told her i was going to look at some clothes before checking out. Well when i went to check out another employee brought over the jewelry and it only had one item in it. I told him i said i had three pieces. He asked who helped me and I pointed her out. She then loudly said at the checkout line with an attitude in front of several customers she aaid she didn’t want them. I said i wanted them. Instead of offering to help me get the other jewelry items again she instead told me NO you said you didn’t want them. Which was not true at all. She was extremely bitter and mean my entire encounter with her and then when i went to checkout she continued with her disgusting attitude. If you dont like your job so much where you want to be rude to the people that are shopping there then maybe quit if you’re so miserable.

Ridiculous high prices for used clothing, ladies pocketbooks, everything! Shame on them for being greedy. These are difficult times for people who are living on a fixed income, and even for most lower income Americans. Give us a break! Do not continuing raising prices on most of this outdated junk clothing. And that also goes for the furniture, lamps, everything in the store. All high priced! I will not donate my clothing, shoes, nor my dying son's clothing, etc. No way! I will most likely donate them to Salvation Army, where they are helping people who work there get on the right track in their lives. A very worthy place to donate. And eventually the clothing, shoes, etc. find their way to third world country to help the very poor. That's the way to go. To donate to those in need.

Had to read the other reviews to make sure I wasn't overreacting.. I usually go to savers in Plaistow NH... I've gotten some great pieces ($700+ large round swiveling couch for $20 in amazing condition, a beautiful reddish wooden antique desk that I turned into my coffee/snack bar for $15). I thought I'd try another Savers just to see if they had something I couldn't find at the other one. First thing I see when I walk in is a kind of curio cabinet priced at... $250-350!!!!!!! That's all I had to see. Y'all should be ashamed

Website says they’ll take something then when you get there they won’t take it. Awful picky about donations. They’ll never get anything from me again.

I went here with my wife, and the manager thought that the coat that she had taken off when she had come in was the stores coat. Telling her that she needed to pay for it. I had to show the manager that my wife was wearing the coat when she was walking in. And then we had taken photos in a completely different area with her wearing it. It was utterly ridiculous. My grandmother is in Martha's Vineyard, and she donates to this savers all the time. The manager should be fired. She is a nasty woman giving savers a bad name. This is for tue savers in Boston

I was very impressed with Savers! The store was large, well stocked, and VERY organized. I was amazed at the selection of quality goods! Check out was efficient and friendly. Joint their loyalty program for benefits! Bring your own bags to save even more money.

Their selection often has much to be desired. They also seem to lack turnover in some sections. However, their prices are quite low, t shirts for $5 pants for $13. I applaud their advanced anti theft procedure for high value items(pictured).

Used to love shopping here the last couple of years. Now this place is going downhill like all the other Savers locations. Prices are triple, if not quadruple what they once were. Quality of selection has gone downhill severely. I notice lots of people donating, but walking out empty handed due to the prices being absurd.
