“J.A. Miara - Absolutely all around wonderful business; from the very first phone call to paying the bill. I had a moving job; small for them, too big for me or anyone I know with a truck. Three pallets of 18' long redwood decking, about 930lbs each and a couple of 12' countertops I won at auction. The personal care and attention extended to me and my little job was outstanding. Joe answered my call right away, was very kind and genuinely wanted to help me. He worked out all details and logistics quickly. On the day of delivery John called to confirm pickup times, Jeff, the safety manager, came out to make sure they could get in and out of the driveway safely. The big truck arrived with two friendly drivers. I watched as this skilled driver maneuvered this mighty truck into our driveway, which is double blind, tight turns on our busy street at 4:00pm on a Friday. He did this with ease. It was amazing to watch, I wish I had taken a video. The items were unloaded and placed exactly where I wanted them. I really can't extend my thanks enough to all of them. They are completely professional, I highly recommend J.A. Miara.”

And, like a lot of things in life, going through a storage unit tends to get pushed further and further down the priority list.

Through all of that, Nicole and Chris have been absolutely wonderful. They are always accommodating, incredibly kind, and somehow manage to send reminders or give us a quick call without ever making it feel uncomfortable or impersonal. That kind of customer service is rare these days.

Beyond being professional and helpful, they are just genuinely nice people. It makes such a difference dealing with people who are patient, thoughtful, and pleasant every single time you interact with them.

Nicole and Chris are a huge asset to this facility, and after all these years, I can say their customer service has consistently been exceptional. Highly recommend.”

“We ordered a POD to move from our house, and the entire process went smoothly. It arrived right on time, exactly within the delivery window they promised.

I was especially worried about our lawn since we have a small driveway, but Frank, the driver/technician, did an incredible job placing the POD perfectly. You could immediately tell he has years of experience — it was honestly like watching engineering in motion.
