I really enjoyed my interaction in the office with Patty who walked me through the whole rental. She was professional and real which I appreciate. The whole experience was smooth and the van drove beautifully. I would highly recommend renting from the Wilmington office and will do so in the future myself.

Patty and her team are excellent. The is hands down the best U-Haul. I am a heavy uphaul truck customer and I go out of my way to rent from this location. The trucks are always clean. Rent truck is quick and easy simply the best!!!

This was our second time renting a van from this location in the past few years and was again a pleasant, satisfying experience. Both times the staff were helpful and the vans were ready to go and in good condition. Patty, the assistant manager, was a delight today. She clearly demonstrated dedication to informing and serving us and other customers well. The return experience was easy, too. This has become our favored rental location for vans and moving trucks in our region.

Very pleased with service I received at the Wilmington UHaul. Peggy provided me with propane and also a new tank with propane and a monitor. It was a busy night and I appreciated her time and attention. Store was easy to find and the late hours were convenient. Will return. Thanks Peggy for service that exceeded my expectations!

I reserved a truck for 4 rental. The pick up was handled promptly. the truck was good running order and easy to both operate and load. Staff was courteous and helpful. My review is belated as this move was first week of June and did not review at that time.

The Wilmington office was fantastic to work with. Patty and Melody were friendly and efficient, and made me laugh too. They got me out the door quickly with my last minute rental. They were so much pleasant and easier to work with than another local office (starts with Woo and rhymes with burn). I’ll definitely rent from them again next time, hands down, and you should do the same…
