Her knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and patience all contributed to a great client experience for us! Do not hesitate to have the Wilmington UPS Store take care of any of your printing needs! I’ve been to the UPS store twice for notary services, and both times Alyssa was right there to assist as soon as I mentioned I needed a notary. She is kind, warm, and explains every detail clearly, which made me feel at ease—especially since I had no idea how the notary process worked.
Alyssa made each visit enjoyable and brought a welcoming warmth to the UPS store. I wish every service center had someone like her!

Accidently dropped off the wrong package to be returned to Amazon...when I got home, I realized it and called the store to be told that all the outgoing shipments had been boxed up and ready to go.....the manager in the store was so kind and opened up the box to find my item so that I could exchange with the correct item.....great customer service!

Horrible experience at this UPS location, they made me buy tape so i could tape a box, FedEx would never say that. Will never use this location for UPS ever again, and the manager was as rude and so unprofessional. Never seen anything like this over a piece of tape. This location won’t be around long.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS location. The receptionist was extremely rude and provided no clear explanation for anything. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I had worst experience with this UPS location. The guy in their office was very unprofessional and responded very rudely when I asked some questions around my receipt even when I was working with other employee at store. As compared to this location, I can 100% say that staff at other nearby UPS locations like Burlington and Woburn is more friendly and helpful. Never going there again for sure!

I have never had experienced a more inept group of people. I made multiple calls to fix an address and it still didn't get resolved. They did the opposite of what I requested and then returned the package to the shipper. I would never use the office for any business purposes. Corporate should definitely look at this store more closely. And Cecilia, you were no help and your coworker, whom I spoke to after, didn't seem too thrilled when I mentioned your name. Is that really for a customer's ears?

I go to the UPS Store in Wilmington. They are always so friendly and helpful and I am in and out in a flash every time I go there. So refreshing to have great customer service.

I purposely come to this UPS store that is further than my local one because the service is always kind and efficient. Keith was wonderful and helped me return multiple Amazon packages. Keep rocking on! 😃

I think this store is great. Some people expect way too much from a basic transporter. It’s ridiculous. Be glad they’re here and able to help you.
