If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!!
For 3 years we have had nothing but trouble with the pharmacy Dept. Why? Because we're over 65 and your system sucks! Every single month for 3 years we have had nothing but trouble. The biggest problem? We are FORCED to get our prescriptions here per our insurance!!
I personally would never go there if it were up to me!!!

You cannot even call and talk to a pharmacist or helper to change you primary care physician. The fake voice system is terrible.

I LOVE the CVS in Winchendon…ALWAYS clean, friendly, \\u0026 VERY helpful. Also the pharmacy is ALWAYS accurate with the time they say the prescription will be done. \\u0026 I go into CVS almost EVERYDAY lol….I live right across the street.

I went to buy refill cartridges for my razor 10$ higher than the same product at Walmart switched all my prescriptions to Walmart and saved over 270$ every month I couldn't believe it. So I checked common everyday items and they are at least 20% higher than Walmart and I hate Walmart but you cant throw money away like that. As far as Long being rude nothing could be further than the truth very nice young man

This pharmacy is despicable - they do indeed have very poor customer service skills and treat their customers like scum - they would not have a job if they did not have people who buy their medications there, yet they fail to recognize that fact. The employees who work here are awesome and I feel bad for them as they get a bad rap due to their arrogant, patronizing and pathetic pharmacy people who work there. These pharmacists and pharmacy techs need training on how to properly treat others - which they should have been taught by their parents or there will be major consequences - something that I see that many have never learned from - they will one day and it will hurt these fools badly.

Every time I go to this Pharmacy, the pharmacy tech named long is always discriminating against me and my medication. This will be the last time I use this CVS which is unfortunate because I have been using CVS for over 15 years. I highly suggest the manager has a serious talk with this technician has this is not only unprofessional but against the law. He does not have a right to judge people based on the medication they are on
