I feel badly for the few people who are trying their best but they are understaffed and demoralized. The worst pharmacy experience of my life was when my husband was dying and could no longer swallow. His oncologist prescribed the liquid form of his pain medication. When I went to pick it up the pharmacy tech gave me pills and not the liquid. When I told her that his doctor had prescribed liquid she told me "the doctor was wrong." TWICE. I had to wait to speak to a pharmacy manager to get them to fill the prescription correctly, then wait again for it to be filled, then wait again to pick it up A few days before he died the doctors prescribed a new medication. When I went to pick it up I was told that they did not carry it and it had been ordered. I would have loved to have known that before I went to pick it up--I might have been able to locate it at another CVS location or a different pharmacy. It turns out my husband died before it came in to the Winchester store. Whoever at corporate is running this pharmacy has no concept of service, respect, compassion, or anything about how to run an essential retail operation.

This store employees were very rude to customers. I am an Asian resident. Even though I am not able to represent this racial group, I have several times bad experiences be treated unrespectfully, which makes me see an negative patterns. The store employees were unfriendly to me. On the other day, I made the first transaction and received some coupon. But, my daughter asked for some candies after I completed the first transcaction. I need to make the second purchase at the same time and wanted to use my $1 coupon. Surprisingly, the cashier didn't allow me to use by saying I was not allowed to use the coupon on the same.Today, I was also disappointed about the store manager attitude to me. His employee gave my coupon to the last customer without receiving my approval. Given the fact, the coupons were supposed to be generated based on individual purchases/preferences (AI algorithm model). I was shocked by the behaviors of this employee. And the store manager was pretty rude and appear to be yelling at me asking me to stop complaining this issue.

I was shopping and this rude employee said get out of the store and I didn't know she was talking to me and she said " are you deaf" and that is not funny because my brother is. I am taking my service elsewhere.

Store employees are very rude. Refused access to their public bathroom. Despite explaining it was an emergency they still refused. Then laughed at me about it. Avoid this location at all costs.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. They would rather stand around talking to each other (if they’re even at the register at all since most of the time they aren’t even around there!) than help you. Horrible, horrible place. More often then not their fridges are out of order or the store is so disorganized it’s hard to move through. Horrible.

just had one of the most uncomfortable experiences at the CVS. The man checking me out his name is Stanley. I think. One of my prescriptions is a form of birth control which is a vaginal ring. The man proceeds to touch the packaging of my prescription and say to my face “wow this is really small” referring to my vaginal ring. I’m so disgusted and so embarrassed and uncomfortable. This man needs help

Pharmacists don’t keep to any schedule and move slower if they sense you’re in a rush. All but one person in the pharmacy is unmasked (but they’ll ask you to mask up). Two words: hot. mess.

Super creepy experience there! I was walking up to the pharmacy to fill a prescription and one of the employees behind the counter (middle aged man with gray/black hair in a ponytail) was saying some insane stalker stuff to a teenage girl. He said something like "sorry if I scared you when I followed you up your driveway" in front of all of the other employees and customers. What???!!! She looked totally freaked out. This place has tons of kids who hang out after school and they let a guy like that work there? My family is done shopping there for sure and I am telling everyone I know.
