I had a small but tough job to do -- transport an antique 300lb+ cast iron bath tub from a refinishing shop in Watertown to my home in Boston, then cart it up 2 flights of stairs to the bathroom. Other moving companies nervously quoted me for a truck with 4 movers before backing out altogether, worried that they wouldn't be able to navigate the stairs and hallways with the tub. Smart Penny Moving sent a truck with just 2 guys, and somehow made the job look easy. The tub traveled from street level to the 2nd floor in under a minute! Amazing. Plus, the process for communication and payment was streamlined, the guys arrived exactly when they said they would, and they offered the best price of any company I called. Fantastic, professional experience and I would use them again without hesitation.”

I explained what we needed and they sent a four man team (Alex, Jack, Hunter & London) It was a long day, but all the way to the last second this team was awesome.Flash forward to the end of the construction April 2, 2024 and we needed to have our items removed from storage. I requested the The 1st team (not available). The four man team that was sent was just as efficient and accommodating. John, Lukas, Kestulis, & Gabriel)This company is truly dynamic. Efficient professional, accommodating, trustworthy, honest and so well organized. Kudos to Theresa for making all of the paperwork painless.Their prices extremely reasonable and worth every cent. (The quote, btw, on both jobs was spot on with the last service under what was quoted.)
