Angela is an incredible instructor. My wife and I took a duet reformer lesson and absolutely loved it. Angela’s cues are right on, and she is very observant and helpful. Looking forward to taking more lessons with her going forward!

Excellent gym. Great selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Knowledgeable and friendly trainers are available to help create programs and to kick your butt into shape.
