My compliments to your banking institution. My wife and I have been customers of Winchester Coop. Bank for several years. Never once have webeen mistreated or neglected when we have been in the Winchester Branch.I have dealt with many banks in my lifetime, both with business and personal accounts. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such exceptionalcustomer service skills that this staff delivers to their customers. Never have we waited in line because there is no line at this bank. The tellers are the politest employees I have ever encountered in my life. These people are highly trained to assist the customers with all their needs. Major Kudos goes out to the bank for having Paul Ennis as the Branch Manager with his Team which they deliver expedient and exceptional service to the customers of your business. Refused to give change because i dont have an account. Your a bank i shouldnt need to sign up and make an account to break a big bill into a smaller bill

The rules of this bank depends on what day it is what's good one day may not be good another past two years was making same transaction now all of a sudden they won't allow it even though there has never been any issue. Same person that made my transaction several times including last week will not make my transaction today they make their own rules as they go. Other banks do this transaction as well with no issue

Great bank, fantastic customer services and SO accommodating! My parents have been customers for 25+ years and finally convinced me to start banking here. I left from a horrible bank, Leader Bank where I was treated like scum at the bottom of someone's shoes and this bank made everything so easy. Specifically, Linda was absolutely incredible. She helped me open both a checking and savings accounts no problem. After our meeting, she even sent a thank you card, talk about excellent customer service! So excited to continue to bank here.

Terrible bank with rude tellers. I was regularly insulted and harassed by the staff here on several visits. Expect to be called "stupid" or "moron" by the tellers if you ask even the most basic questions.

This bank is outstanding! I've worked with Joan and her team in the mortgage area and there is no other bank better than this one when it comes to customer service! You are not a number here, they really do remember your name! If you're shopping for a bank that cares, you have found it here!
