Terrible experience trying to get a HELOC. They seemed baffled by questions about their products (e.g., what are your rates?), had terrible communication (calling me twice within an hour if I don't immediately respond to their email when they need something from me and then radio silence for 11 days when the ball is in their court; incompressible emails), were simply rude, and asked for an unreasonable amount of documentation (e.g., receipt of a monthly ~$400 bill). I wanted so badly to support a local bank. What a waste of time. Stay far away from this bank.

Just awful. You think local banking would be a good thing to do. Not here Broken atm's, deposits need envelopes ( no envelopes available), online banking is brutal. Banking app and online make you call to login over and over again. No reasoning, oh that happensSo bad I think bank of america may be a better answer

I've had an account at Winchester Savings Bank since 2017. They are no help with anything. I've been having trouble with online banking and they have no answers. Worst attitude I have ever seen. Telling me "my brain doesn't comprehend clearly" being flat out rude. I do not suggest going to this bank. I've had my account go negative for unexplained reasons and then just go back to normal and no one can explain why.

I absolutely love this bank! The employees are super friendly and amazingly helpful whether it be person or over the phone. The online banking app is the icing on the cake!
