There is no place quite like Sal Bartolo's boxing club. Boxing is in Sal's blood. He is a second generation world class boxer and a very experienced martial artist, teaching Muay Thai as well as sharing his expansive knowledge in boxing. His walls are lined in boxing history and memorabilia but still more impressive may be the myriad of unique equipment (many his own design) that adorn his gym. Sal makes great emphasis on proper form and he truly cares about imparting his wisdom on his students. The warmups and workouts can be quite intense and well rounded for core strength and overall fitness. I can't imagine finding a more personalized and well thought out workout/boxing experience, especially for the more than reasonable price considering he'll let you come in every day for hours if you're dedicated. I can't say enough good things about Sal and his fine establishment. If you want to push yourself and learn some new skills or just to feel better about yourself in no time, stop on in- he offers new students a free first class.
