Not good service. Can’t even access the ATM after hours. The card reader on the door doesn’t work.

They had no money so I couldn't close my $10.52 account. Had to get change for a bank so they can close my account. The reason why I closed my account was because of the lack of customer service. Don't bank with citizens bank

Called four times in a row during hours of operation and was I repeatedly ignored. One time a representative answered the phone put it down and just left it there... slimey.
