  I'll admit I don't have a bank account at Citizens, though my employer issues payroll through them. Stopped in to cash my check, was told this would be undoable because... get this... a major bank in a wealthy town doesn't have access to 8 cents. 8 cents. Really????

  Love this branch is a nice community Winthrop. I am always happy with the customer service that I receive.
