Last Minute Movers were incredibly accommodating especially at the last minute. The movers were very friendly and fast and worked with a smile! I’d for sure use them again for any moving job I would have! Total thumbs up!!

Adrian and his team were nice but the service was not particularly good.
In short, I've provided moving blankets and ratchet straps as requested in the email to find that most if not all moving accessories were left unused.
Packing into the moving pod was illogical. I had everything packed, sealed, and stacked in identically sized boxes. I just needed help moving them into the pod but was surprised to find them scattered around, squished by furniture tossed above, and not strapped down.
We paid for 3 individuals but got a 4th person for free. That was nice but goes to show how much they wanted to expedite the process and get out of here.
I witnessed them damage our water pipe during moving process. They didn't say anything about repairs, coverage, or express concern.
They recorded themselves in the home for advertisement material without my permission.
Used my bathroom and didn't flush.
As a single person overseeing 4 people move my boxes to the pod, I decided to swallow my frustrations and let them finish up rather than say anything.

Many many broken items. While unpacking I found many things broken and squished. They dropped something every trip and ignored fragile marked items. They threw stuff anywhere in my apartment and scratched my new matte fridge! I wish I knew of all broken and squished items pre tip!
Chris is the most unprofessional, and needs to be watched.
He’s spent whole time complaining about Mike taking on too many jobs and the next job while ignoring this one.

Adrian and his team of movers packed and loaded our home for cross country move. Team worked so hard despite the heat and executed ahead of schedule. Best movers we used with 4 relocations!
Highly recommended mover.

Ive used this company on multiple occasions and this time around I called the night before and they were able to accommodate in less than 24hrs. Great customer service and very personable. Would definitely use them again.

Fairly pricy but that’s what you pay for last minute service. All staff including the movers were incredibly friendly, punctual, and efficient. They took good care of our stuff and kept everything in good condition

We reached out about hiring a team just to unload our uhaul and Michael was kind on the phone and was flexible with our arrival time to the house (we drive the truck ourselves from NYC)
We had an awesome experience with the brothers, Anthony & Michael. Having just moved to Winthrop, they were kind, courteous, and welcoming. The brothers showed up on time and prepared (they even brought tools) and managed to unload our truck in record time, while taking great care with our belongings. We would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

couldn’t have asked for a better service i was really pleased with how michael’s crew worked and treat my belongings like it was there own very safe respectful and kind, they were very very helpful and made my day become easy when thinking it would be stressful. i would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again good luck to michael and crew.

I would highly recommend this company Michael has wonderful team working for him they were kind respectful and got my whole house packed up in 2 hours flat I was really impressed with the move and the guys were really a help with many other things also again I would highly recommend there fantastic!!! I had a fantastic experience with this team. I was left in a worst case scenario where a different moving company that I booked never showed up for my scheduled move, and then I called Michael who was able to get me scheduled for the next day. The moving team arrived right on time, and they were efficient, careful, and professional. I had a lot of boxes and furniture, and they handled all of it with care and helped with some reassembly. I can’t recommend this company enough, I’m so grateful, 10/10 experience!

Wow!!!! I was completely blown away by Anthony and Michael. They were professional, kind and efficient. They began moving my items immediately. I remember turning around and almost all of my things were already packed in the UHaul. They were SO fast and made sure to handle my items with care. This is the first time I have hired movers and I was thoroughly impressed. They made my move so easy for me. I would 100% recommend Last Minute Movers to anyone.

Title: Unprofessional and Unreliable Service

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Last Minute Movers Boston. Upon speaking with the manager or owner, Michael, I was quoted a rate of $130 an hour to move my one-bedroom apartment, with assurances of a truck and necessary tools being provided.
However, when the time came for the move, my expectations were shattered. Instead of a professional team equipped with a truck, two employees arrived in a midsize car, completely unequipped for the job. They lacked the tools and expertise necessary to move my furniture efficiently.
When I questioned Michael about the absence of the promised truck, I was given the excuse that it was unavailable at the moment, with the suggestion of sending the employees back to retrieve it. Frustrated by the lack of preparation and professionalism, I decided to cancel the service. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Michael abruptly hung up without offering any further assistance or explanation.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a moving company. I strongly advise against using Last Minute Movers Boston for anyone seeking reliable and competent movers.

Where do I even begin? We moved across the country from Seattle to North Andover and called Last Minute Movers the morning of our arrival, thinking it was a shot in the dark that anyone would be available.
Within an hour, two men were on site (big thank you to Anthony and Mike!) that unloaded our 20” truck in two hours flat.
After 48 hours of incessant stomping from our upstairs neighbors and some issues with the unit, we decided to move into a different building. Yet again, I called Michael (the owner), exhausted and upset, and he met me with compassion and understanding.
He was able to get two more guys on site in an hour—both were polite, efficient, and went above and beyond to get us settled.
Morale of the story? These are good people. Michael knew we were in a terrible situation and didn’t take advantage of us or charge an extra fee. The prices on both moves were fair and reasonable. The boys took excellent care of our belongings, gave me a laugh when I needed it, and moved like lightening!
Don’t hesitate — book these guys!
