Every time I come to do my laundry, the dryers are not working. The machines clearly need proper maintenance. If the business is not generating enough profit to keep the equipment in working condition, then it might be better to close rather than continue offering poor service.
Some machines have “out of order” signs, but others have no signs at all and still do not work. This causes inconvenience and wastes customers’ time and money.

The washing machines at this place are horrible. They have a short spin cycle so you end up having to pay double at the dryers. At first I just thought it was one machine but this time it was both machines. Will not go back!!!

Wash was good but the dryer nope. I splitting my clothes into 2 of them as I didn’t have much it was like 15 min then I switched it to another one splitting it into 3 this time for like another 10 and still nothing. But the place is clean

None of the machines work.. literally. Spent 30$ and my clothes came out funky.. like mold almost. Ran a second cycle and the clothes had stains they went in with. Threw them in thr dryer bc I was fed up and wanted to take them to a different laundry without carrying it wet.. an hour later my clothes literally had icicles and were super wet. I informed the attendant and he put 20 minutes on a dryer and it was warm and wet. Just save yourself the nightmare.

I needed try to dry my clothes four times in four diferentes machines, spending my time, spending my money because there machines doesn’t work. And that time the atendant wasn’t there to help us.

I use wash, dry and fold occasionally for big items, quilts etc or when I just don’t want to do laundry I find the price fair, the turnaround time very reasonable but what makes this place different from the others is Jay He has customer service down to perfection He is the top reason I will continue to use Showcase Laundromat

Dropped off 42 pounds of white 90inch table cloths and all but 3 came out horrible. The table cloths literally looked WORSE than when we dropped them off to be laundered. We needed those table cloths for a fundraiser and could not use them. Then, we go back within 2 hours of picking them up and the attendant tells us she got "strep throat " and a "broken neck" from doing our table cloths. The worker Maria then proceeds to call "her boss" spends 10 minutes outside on the phone only to come back in and tell us she could not get a hold of her boss! So, was she chatting with a friend while we waited inside for answers? We run a business and would never expect this terrible service. We spent $110 for a WASH,DRY, AND FOLD SERVICE which we did not receive- apparently this laundromat does not wash dry and fold king sheets because 90 inch table cloths seem to be a huge problem for this establishment. I am still waiting for the owner to return my calls. Do yourself a favor..go to Neptune Laundry in East Boston. Cheaper and much better service. No complaints about strep throat or broken necks.

Don't know his name but the gentleman who did my laundry yesterday did a great job my ticket # was 6163 I will come by to find out his name and see him hopefully to do ny laundry again in about a month ty

We took our clothes to be washed and folded on 02/13/23 and he said it’ll be ready in the morning. We went there today 02/15 to pick it up and not only did he not know where our clothes were but he had it in a bag not washed let alone folded. His response was “ oh yeah sorry”. The worst service ever.

I used to love this place and wish I left a good review before it changed hands. While the new staff is nice, I have showed up 3 separate times at 8am to pick up my towels for work. Waited a bit and had to leave to open MY shop on time. Without towels. Again. I only drive to work when I need my car to carry shop things to avoid sitting in traffic for an hour so now once again today I am towel-less and sitting in traffic hell when I could be on the train. I’m very excited to start my weekly towel wash and delivery service in Boston in two weeks. Well worth the $50 a week.
