Simon's Winthrop Bookstore is a very beautiful, calming, and welcoming place that warms your heart. It offers a sweet, friendly atmosphere and amazing experience. The huge selection of books, new and old, has something for everyone, though the somewhat jumbled organization adds to a "browsy" vibe. Visitors are offered fresh coffee, sweet conversation, and a chance to sit and read. Many note meeting the cat and the kind owner, who provides generous gestures. Be warned you’ll just keep picking up more books to take home. It is the cutest and most welcoming bookstore.

I love this bookstore. This has been the second time I’ve been here. The owner is friendly and accommodating. With a relaxed atmosphere and a mixture of used and new books. A huge selection Of every type of book imaginable. Please if you’re in Boston visit this bookstore.

It's a very beautiful and calming place , I remember going in there with my friend and getting to meet the cat and owner I was also very Honnored to get the opertunity to play the piano ❤️
