Quite reliable for most of the computer repairs even for motherboard level repairs. They provide reasonable quotes and very quick turnaround! They replace with genuine OEM parts from reliable suppliers!

Good price, great communication, and excellent service! I spilled water on my Macbook and tried to turn it on before it dried. When I called another data recovery place, they told me there was nothing they could realistically do, as the hardrive was soldered to the motherboard. I felt absolutely defeated, as my only copy of a manuscript I have working on, as well as ~40 music projects, were on the mac and not backed up. I took my mac to Alfa computer and Tan agreed to take a look and try to reassemble the parts to grab my data. A few days later, he called and told me it was running, and he moved my data to a flashdrive!

This is the second time I've been to Alfa computers and Tan was great! My computer randomly shut down after some static electricity (who knew??) and wouldn't start back up. He fixed it quickly - I had it back the same day!

Took my computer here for a simple fix , when I got it back I had a black screen and they broke the battery so it would not stay in. The computer was working perfectly when I dropped it off , it only needed a fan replacement. Now I can’t get anything to work , all my files and photos are not accessible all I have is a black screen! I am so disappointed. They tried to give me an old computer as a replacement but said I would have to move parts from my computer into it . After months of going back and forth they did refund me the money I paid ( probably just to get rid of me ) but I am still left with a computer that does nothing. I was way better off before I went there .. at least I had a full working computer. I would not recommend going there at all there are plenty of other places in the area to go to .

Tan an his new employee are the very best at what they do. I feel safe and secure leaving my computers with him for over 20 years. I buy used from him too and am never disappointed. Small business to small business he is the very best! Try Alpha Computers next time your going to a big box store.

Tan was wonderful. Even though my hard drive was unfortunately not readable in the end, he spent a lot of time trying to make it work for which he didn’t charge me. Highly recommended.

Tan at this company did everything right in replacing a cover and broken screen-frame on my laptop. It took just a few days, though the parts were hard to find. I could keep the computer while they came in. Then two hours to make the actual repair. Couldn't be more satisfied.
