Went to store to get a replacement Sim card that would fit my home service. When I got home, I couldn't get it to work. I, also, received a text thanking me for enrolling in At&t home protection. I never even spoke to the associate about the home protection plan. He added it himself. I've been with AT&T for years and have never had an issue like this.

We came in with an issue created by a different AT&T store that caused my son’s new phone to not operate correctly. CHRISTIAN and NORMAN were extremely helpful, and they identified the issue very quickly and resolved and tested the phone with us in the store to show that it was fixed. They also noted our account with additional details to help us solve another issue with a phone customer service rep (minor billing issue). They were very clear in their explanations and what they were doing to resolve the issue. I will be coming to this location for my upgrades and new devices going forward. They know what they are doing, and do it well.
