“My experience with Hynes Auto in Woburn was simply amazing. From the front desk staff, who called me with updates, to the entire team, I was always treated with patience, kindness, and professionalism. I was given a choice to either save my Dodge Challenger or consider it totaled. A car hit me, destroying the entire left side, while pushing me into a truck, which demolished the right side - Challenger was sandwiched. I trusted Hynes to undertake this huge renovation. As I love my car, my only wish was to save it. The Hynes team was amazing throughout this process. I was beyond excited to see my car after completion - car looks brand new - mind blown!! “My car got hit this summer. Notice how I said that - My car got hit - because i was in a store and someone hit me in a parking lot when nobody was in the car.
Thankfully the person who hit me was honest enough to wait and exchange insurance. She had statefarm. I was able to pick where I wanted to take the car and I came to Woburn foreign Autobody for my Subaru. I chose this establishment because they did a great job with my wife's car about 6 years ago.
They took care of all the paperwork with State farm, leaving me less work to do. They connected me to Enterprise Rent a car - ns they made it easy for me to get the car and drop it off while my car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up at Woburn Foreign Autobody and I just left the keys with Woburn Foreign Autobody when my car was fixed.
They fixed my car perfectly - so that I would never have known there was damage...and the thing I was totally unprepared for - they detailed my car while they had it. It has not smelled this clean since the first month I got it.
I hope my cars are never in an accident again - but if they are - I know where I'm going for five star service! thanks to the team at Woburn Foreign Autobody!”

“My car was backed into by an 18 Wheeler while parked outside my house. The back wheel and suspension was bent as well as the pictured damage. Hanover insurance recommended me to go to Salem St Auto body as it was one of their partners. I dealt with Carlos the manager and he was straightforward and honest on every occasion.
This repair took a while and yes it they did not always know exactly when the car would be done and yes I could not always get someone one the phone right away. Carlos at one point gave me his phone number so I could text him. I thought that was cool. This guy is busy. He is not just managing the office he is working after hours to get things done. So I cut him some slack being in a different repair business myself I know how it goes. It is really frustrating not having a car for an extended period of time. But I wanted it done right and I got the impression that they were doing everything they could.
Fast forward to the results. All the panels line up, the paint is perfect. The car drives just like it did before the accident.
There was a little bit of overspray on the car on a portion that was not worked on. Not bad, but I told Carlos and he bent over backwards to make it perfect, right away.
Also since I went over my rental coverage the owner Paul offered a reimbursement for some of the rental charges!
This is great service all around. I guess these things take time now a days depending on parts, availability, etc. But as far as the people and the work done at Salem St Auto body I am very happy. :) Thank you!”

“Curt/Kurt, don’t know how to spell his name, was great and helped me out today. I have been going here for years, I always drive old used cars and sometimes need a battery. I swap my old one and they give me a “Econo” refurbished one. They come with a warranty and have always given me no issues. You cannot beat it for the price. 10 years ago they were around $40 and now it’s around $60, still cant beat that deal. 5* always kind people working too”
