After seeing the reviews I was extremely skeptical to walk in and was in fact going to Chase instead. But since we were right across the street, we decided to take a chance. Yuri De Los Santos was a God sent. He received us albeit without an appointment and took us through in detailed how each account works and did it all with a smile and grace. We can't thank him enough. This branch has a gem.

The worst bank, honestly. Right in Cummings Park, hundreds of businesses, AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE WINDOW TELLER WORKING. They have 2 other folks walking around with hand held computers asking "can I help you "? Yeah get behind the glass and take my deposit!!! Waited 20 minutes again there today. Embarrassing!!! They should have at least 2 tellers going the whole day.

This is definitely my Favorite BoA Branch, the customer service is high level. Stephanie has always been very courteous, professional, and a very good adviser - I moved to Malden but still using the services of this branch when in person.

Consistently long lines because the employees move really slowly. Simple deposits often take 5 minutes per person. I stopped going here years ago.One one occasion, my brother ignored our warnings about this bank and he went there to cash a check. They first told him that his bank acount did not exist. Then, they told him that his bank account was wiped clean and closed. After a few minutes of panic, we went online and saw that this information was obviously false. So, my brother drove to the bank in Winchester to go cash the check.Just drive to the bank in Winchester. That place is great.

I’ve been a customer for 31 years but my experience with BofA may be complete. Yesterday I went to withdraw $40 from this branch’s ATM. The indoor machine could not dispense the cash. I used the drive through ATM and was successful. Later in the day I find I was debited $80. Today I went to the branch and was told the ATM has nothing to do with the bank, and I had to call the phone number provided to resolve the issue. I did not drive all the way there to sit in the parking lot for 53 minutes on hold to get the matter taken care of. Customer service is going to hell in this country and BofA is leading the way.

Stephanie at this branch is a sweetheart! She has made my banking at Bank of America so much more pleasant and also taught me how to use my cards in a way that help benefit me (with cash back, points, etc.) I highly recommend making an appointment with her to set up any new accounts or with questions you might have. Thank you Stephanie!

Horrible customer service. A teller woman (elderly, wears glasses) was extremely rude. I was in line waiting and the teller asked for additional paper. I told her yes I’ll go and grab it at the door as soon as I walked back to the teller window, she placed another customer where all my paperwork were. As I patiently waited for the customer to leave..the teller then shut off her teller lights. It’s saddening that I waited in line for over 15mins even after everything she had the audacity to close her window. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I asked for a routine rolls of quarters for laundry. The manager limited my request to two rolls, even though other banks grant more per transactions. She gave me a legitimate business reason, explaining that there's still a coin shortage. I complied with this request and they happily met, but did not exceed, my expectations
