“I was having trouble with my Zelle... It was linked to the wrong account. I went in yesterday and saw the teller Eddie to see if he could help link it to the correct account. He was so accommodating. We walked thru the problem, then he needed help from someone on the phone at TD but was able to solve my issue pretty quickly. “Have only had positive experiences. They personally called when there was an odd incident with a phone call from someone impersonating my father trying to find out the balance on his account. Thanks to their vigilance, I filed the odd report to the Woburn police which helped them establish a pattern and arrest a check fraud suspect. Unfortunately my father wrote a check from a different bank as a tip to his newspaper carrier ( the suspect) and that account was compromised and the source of identity theft. Our Northern account was never compromised and they even toughened up their online security shortly after this incident.”
