I went to Batterie Plus in Woburn to get a new battery and repair on my key fob,Chris repaired my key fob and installed new battery,couldnt have been nicer and did a Great Job,thank you again Chris !! Weill come here with any battery or key problems ,Great service!!!

I replaced my car battery here. The service was excellent. I think one of the workers was named Chris and he did an excellent job! My battery was corroded and the bolts on the terminals were stuck but he just kept working at it until it was right. Both workers at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. The excellent service I received brightened my day.

Customer service was great. Was greeted right upon entering. They replaced both car fobs batteries in a matter of minutes and had me check before paying that they worked. They even gave me a coupon discount off my total. The price was great and service terrific.

I purchased a battery in Oct 2024 Battery will not taken a charge 7 months later they will not warrenty the battery I would not purchase from this company
I spoke with 2 other mechanics that have dad the same issue they do not back there products

Great service from the Batteries Plus Woburn MA team. They had a Duracell AGM Group-35 battery available. They installed it and we were back on the road. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
