If you’re looking for a place to sleep with minimal assistance from the staff then this is the hotel to stay at. I was staying here for a week for work, and on the second day had waste come up from my toilet. Let the front desk clerk know that the smell was getting bad and that I needed someone to look at it. It’s been THREE DAYS and no one has come to loo Kay this issue. I have had to use the lobby bathroom every morning to go to the bathroom. I also can’t open my bathroom door due to the smell being so bad.If you have other options in the area I recommend looking somewhere else

Professional service. Great breakfast. Easy access parking. Stay without incident. Breakfast options were awesome. Favorite part of our stay. Indoor pool to tired kids out after a long trip. Plenty of space in lobby if a teenager/adult wants to watch TV outside of the room.Clean rooms, bathrooms & towelsQuietFriendly staff, housekeeping was always there and ready. They had immaculate attention to detail, very efficient.Folded and organized our personal belongings when tending to the room in between. Organized the kids stuffed animals. And even picked up the kids toys Turtle says thank you all!! ?

During my stay at this hotel a member of their team entered my room while I was away at a funeral. I had placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door expecting that my room would not be entered. A member of the maintenance team came into my room regardless and exchanged my air conditioning unit. The property did not notify me. They did not attempt to contact me via phone, email or any other method. Furthermore upon discovery of this, the property took a very cavalier attitude toward my experience and what felt like a violation as a female traveling alone for a funeral. It took 3 days to get on the phone with a decision maker at the property and when I asked for a refund for my stay, the best the manager would do is refund me one night. This was a nightmare situation, but customer service is defined by how you handle a mistake after it has been made, and I would have expected a full refund at the very minimum, but they refused to do that. It was highly disappointing and I therefore cannot recommend this as a good place to stay in this area.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to a conference, and overall, my experience was moderate. While the front desk lacked warmth, and the breakfast didn't align with my preferences, the daily cleaning routine was maintained. However, the room cleanliness didn't meet my expectations, and a malfunctioning bathroom pump impacted the quality of bath time. There's room for improvement in hospitality and maintenance.

For an inexpensive hotel, I'm glad we picked this one. It was comfortable clean and the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was decent. I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Quincy Market in Boston and about 30 minutes from Salem. This is perfect for when I take the kids on vacation here. Being just outside both areas makes the hotel much more affordable and easy to get to both tourist areas. There’s nothing fancy about the rooms but they are clean and the service is good. What you see in the photos is what you get. Regular clean rooms in what seems to be a nice area of MA. It gives a safe feeling to those with kids. They serve hot breakfast free with your stay. There is also Sam Walker’s American Tavern which has amazing food. If you’re looking for a close restaurant, this one is walking distance. This is my go to hotel everytime I take my family on our road trip to Boston and Salem.

I always stay at the Best Western chain and this is one of the best by far! The comfort, cleanliness, breakfast was incredible. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the pool because it is honestly very cold and the water is barely warm and the pool area is ventilated and has no heating. Otherwise I can only leave the best comments.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful when we had a last minute issue finding somewhere to stay the night. Very thankful and looked like they had a decent breakfast in the morning.

Had a great experience with this hotel! The staff at the front desk were very nice and personable. Rooms were clean as well. I believe this was a great location. While it’s not surrounded with things to do, it is centrally located. Only a few minutes drive away from the commuter rails and major interstates, with some dining options close by. It took us less than 15 minutes to drive into Boston, and 25 minutes to the NH border. Check in and out were seamless. The doors are very loud so we were able to hear every door slamming in the hallway but I don’t feel this was a major issue.Rooms: Fairly clean, no issues worth noting.Nearby activities: Close to the city, NH, interstates, public transit. A couple options for food within walking distance, a lot more to offer within a couple minutes drive. Appeared to be mostly residential outside this small section of Montvale Ave.Safety: Had no concerns regarding our safety.

I am always hesitant when it comes to certain best westerns. It’s usually a hit or miss but this one was very nice! Lobby area was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that annoyed me was they charged a different card on file, had to wait a week to get the money back so that messed me up a little bit but other then that, everything was fine. The room was very clean and front desk manager got me the things I requested so that was nice!Location wise it wasn’t the best but the building and interior was not outdated at all. Rooms looked newly renovated. I would definitely recommend staying here…I will absolutely be back!!Rooms: Rooms were really clean and not outdatedNoteworthy details: Really good breakfast although I wish they had more options then just waffles muffins and bagels and your typical eggs and sausages…

- this location really just is not good, please read all bulletin points on my review!!- staff were not the most friendly, when calling about the shower not being warm and the heat not working the lady had such an attitude.- my room was clean but never had hot water so i took a cold shower and the heat didn't work, after maintenance came to look they said everything was working and the water was due to how many people were here. FYI when I was here there weren't that many others here.- other reviews showed pics of bedbugs on the 2nd floor.- food was good for breakfast.- has a pool, didn't go in it though.- if vacationing here for Salem, expect an hour drive to get there when traffic is bad during holidays non holidays you get get there in 20mins.- for what I paid for the hotel and in the rooms nothing seemed to work I feel it's overpriced.- overall I honestly won't come back to this location.Rooms: My room never had a warm shower nor did the heat work. Beds were not the most comfortable which is to be expected. Also the tv didn't want to properly work and the labels for the channels were all incorrect.Safety: Was in a good area, never felt unsafe.Walkability: A few food places and stores within walking distance if needed.
