Boston Counters did a great job on the removal and installation of the new counters, new sink, and faucet in my kitchen. They were very professional and helpful from the initial material sections to the final installation. Their measuring specialist used a computer generated laser measuring device for an accurate measurement. Finally, their installing group did a fantastic job on the installations. We are very happy with the outcome. We definitely recommend them.

We worked with Scott at Boston counters to replace a countertop and add a backsplash. From the start Scott was so helpful, knowledgable, and patient. He helped us make the right decision at every step. The work crews that measured and installed were excellent, they did everything quickly and precise, and they were all so nice to work with. Scott checked in with us at every stage to ensure we were pleased and when a question popped up he worked with us to resolve it and make sure we were satisfied. He even agreed to provide a small piece of the counter for a pop out window to match. Highly recommend Boston Counters for any renovation or new project!

I highly recommend Boston counters. Our contractor mistakenly told us that adding onto our counters would be “no problem at all.” Unfortunately when BC arrived to template the counters, this was not true. They could have just made one suggestion and said “this is your only option” but instead they spent almost 2 hours talking to us and the manager and brainstorming ways to make things work. The manager even called us directly later that day with another creative solution! Ultimately the project became bigger than expected due to contractors error and they were SO responsive and supportive in working with us. We LOVE the outcome more than we could have imagined and wholeheartedly would use and recommend this company again. Thank you for everything, BC team!
