Very bad costumer service I came do deposit was ok in the same time I asked for change the guy talk with me with very bad altitude I told him I have card I am costumer why you don't give some change he told me I'm the principal and this is my final decision and he doesn't care to loose costumers.

Took 30 min to deposit 1 check because the computers kept freezing and they're understaffed. Managers stand around doing nothing. Go to literally any another bank.

Went there to make a deposit and withdraw some money. First the teller told me to use atm for deposit instead of offering to help me because i was the only one at the bank then when i asked for withdrawal she said she doesn’t have money like are you serious? Definitely canceling my business account with them!! Horrible service

Terrible terrible.Make sure you don’t work with Them with refinancing your mortgage!I’ve started mine since October and we still don’t have a closing date.I would give a zero star if I could.Going to cancel my business account with them too!

The banks a walk from my house i had problems with fraud they helped me and got the money back in two days they sent me a new card. They are a very friendly bank they treat you like they have known you for years

Horrible. It's like they didn't want to work at all. Like I was an inconvenience on them for walking in. The atmosphere is very negative. I wouldn't recommend this bank if it was the last bank on earth

Generally I have a pleasant experience here. I came in today to fix some information on my account that was wrong. After waiting 15 minutes, I was greeted by a blonde woman who I think was the manager. She seemed pissed off to be there to begin with. As I explained the situation she began to basically tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and the error was my fault. I explained to her that I filled out my paperwork when I started the account and it shouldn't be wrong. She told me that it's impossible that I filled out paperwork because they don't do that. Funny, because that's exactly what I did. She printed out a paper where my information was not in my handwriting. But it was still my fault. She told me to wait for someone else. Fine. After that person came up and said he would be with me in a minute. She barked at him and then rolled her eyes at his response of " I'm still with someone." She is completely rude and unprofessional. It should never be my fault that your in a bad mood. It ended up being a quick fix with a much nicer old man.

Nice, friendly people working there. But surely not an outstanding place to go as a bank customer. Adam, the manager, in front of me requested the bank employee to double check, if the transaction comes with a fee. He seemed disappointed, when it was not possible to add a fee into the computer on cheque cashing. The staff, that I opened my account in a hour long procedure wouldnt remember my face after 2 weeks as someone he talked to about his wife and kids. I wouldnt ask for names, but at least a "Hello, nice to see you again" would have been good. I know that I will not conduct any complicated business, like mortgage or investment, with anyone there. A simple checking account - thats about it. And I admit I have no better bank / branch to suggest at the moment.

I had the best and most friendly experience with Mr. Mukesh Raval. 5 stars is not enough. wow what a nice man, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Citizens just became my top bank.
