I was in there on Saturday and I was trying to cash a check for a severely disabled man who is in a wheel chair. Mind you i have been in there before cashing his checks. I remember before this bank charging you 5.00 for cashing a check like this. The check is a citizens bank check. The manager Sundeep Dhungana refuse to cash and deposit a check from this man who is in a wheel chair. I called the Main Divisions of bank and filed a complaint against this man. I told The severely disabled man to take his money out and the woman who made out this check. What an awful way to do business.i would not reccomend this bank.Awful customer service. If i could give a minus for the customer service i would.

I went into this bank on Saturday with a check from a severely disabled man. I wanted to either cash it or deposit it. I had the man Citizen Bank debit card and Driver license. The manager Sundeep Dhungana refuse to cash it or deposit it. I should have went to the atm i would have gotten better customer service then this guy. I did file a complaint to the Division of Banks about this man. I use to go in there and cash his checks . I remember when they would charge me 5.00 for cashing a check like this. I am so appalled by the worst customer service in this bank. I would tell anyone that has a bank account to take it out. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Today I went to a local Citizens branch to make two deposits at the same time, and included a filled-out deposit slip with each. The first, a check for over $1,000 with a deposit slip, went into one of our accounts OK. For the second deposit, for $5 (one transaction per month is required to avoid fees), I gave them a $20 bill with a deposit slip, so $5 would go into the account and I'd get $15 change. After a few minutes a man returned to the window with my $20 bill and deposit slip, and asked for my ID. Me: "ID? For what?" Him: "It's a cash back transaction." Me: "I'm giving you a $20 bill. Give me change for the $20 and put $5 in my account." Him: "It's a cash back transaction, so I have to see your ID." He may have said he needed a signature too, but I had nothing polite to say at that point, and just left with my $20 bill and deposit slip. I've done the 20-5-15 thing previously, at the same branch, with no problem. (They don't require deposit slips now, but I want things like the account number clearly printed to avoid any misunderstanding.) I've generally had good experiences with Citizens, but this was as silly as it comes. Maybe we should move these two accounts to Santander or elsewhere where we have business and/or personal accounts, after the printed checks run out?

Kristi is amazing! I needed something notarized and I have my 10 month old granddaughter with me that I won’t bring into a grocery store during covid. Kristi came out and did the whole thing outside for me even though it was cold and windy. That is service! She is such a nice person. Thank you Kristi and thank you Citizens for having such wonderful employees.

Literally probably the worst bank you could possibly choose. My money got stuck in the atm and it’s like we’re chasing our tails. We called the 1-800 number the day my money got stuck and sat on hold for 2 hours, no one answered. So we went to the bank the next day and they said they can’t help us and to call the 1-800 number. Eventually we got help but it’s going on 15 days that my whole pay check got caught in the atm with no correction. Definitely will be switching banks once possible.

This is my favorite Citizens Bank branch so far. Anytime i go there, i have a pleasant experience. I'm not very familiar with the other employees but i love working with Rina. She is always kind and very helpful. She goes above and beyond her given duty anytime i have an issue or problem and that happens quite often. From what i have seen so far, she is very knowledgeable and on top of anything there. I've heard from my girl friends that even the manager is a nice guy and very helpful but i haven't had the chance to get help by him so far. Love this citizens, keep doing great

My wife went to this citizens bank yesterday as she needed to withdraw cash, but was waiting on a new debit card so she was unable to use the ATMShe arrived 10 minutes before closing time and when she arrived, there was a couple being helped by the 1 clerk available at the time. My wife patiently waited as they helped this couple for 15 minutes meaning the time was now 7:05. When the couple walked away, my wife walked to the clerk, who very rudely told her "WE ARE CLOSED", even though she clearly waited for 15 minutes, was there prior to close, and because the clerk was unable to do her job in a timely manner, was simply sent away. The clerk did not apologize, did not say anything while clearly noticing my wife was waiting the whole time, and the clerk did not stop or show any sympathy. The clerk simply said "WE ARE CLOSED" as she turned her back to my wife and walked away. I was extremely shocked to see this as I checked out our groceries needed, especially as she has been a Citizens bank member for over 10 years now, and she is treated above and beyond at every other location. This is the one time we visited this location as we are typically not in the area and because of this, we have started to actively look for a new bank to do business with. It's unfortunate that they chose to employ someone who is clearly there just for a paycheck and not to actually help customers. Update: Still no word on Yelp or directly from the Citizens Bank branch this happened at. Sad to see they value getting out exactly when they are suppose to, rather than the customer they have had for 10+ years.

So first of the girl name Sarah was very nice, I went to that branch five days ago to close my account and I spoke with a banker which was Sarah and she told me not to close it that she was going to wave the unfair fees that the bank gave me . So I kept both checking and saving open due to the fact that she told me she will wave the fees if they hit me with a fee. Moreover , after a few days the fees finally showed up in my account . And then another fee and another so I called Sarah and she said oh so they charge with these fees and now you need to call the 1800 number so they can better assist you because is a secure line lYING to the CUSTOMER!!!' Don't trust this branch

We went on to open an account for my 3 month old son. They were very helpful and patient, especially when he got very fussy. They even let us use an empty office to have some privacy to take care of him. Afterwards the guy helping us exchanged some stories of his kids. We felt more comfortable with him. In addition, my mom goes there often and they are always very nice to her.
