When i first inspected the room, there was wet tissue or paper in the shower which made me believe they didn't clean the bathroom but looked once over it. Unless they clean with toilet paper or tissue, which would also be unsanitary. They couldn't supply me a microwave to the room because I paid day to day, only would give me a microwave if I paid for a couple nights at once. Even when i stayed for one night here in the past they used to bring me a microwave because i like to use the coffee maker and it only brews it to be just warm enough. If you forgot about it after a minute or two, your drink will be cold and i don't see it reasonable to go to the lobby every time i want to warm my drink up. Super insincere polite staff, I can tell they are struggling with supplies and their services. The location is not impressive, it's almost depressing. The room was freezing and the air unit was blowing in dust. Not good looking for IHG's appearance.

Right off of rt 95. Big party hall to accommodate 200 to 500 people. Looks brand new inside. Excellent service by staff.

I had surgery scheduled at 6:30 in the morning, so I stayed here the night before as it's close to the surgical location. It was so relaxing! I forgot about being nervous re surgery and slept well.

Hotel staff is horrible. Left a $1500 eyeglasses on the table next to the tv and came back for it. They keep me waiting for the maids. It's been a month already. If u planning to stay in this hotel make sure u take everything with you. Not safe to stay.Safety: Not safe

Disappointing Stay at Crowne Plaza Woburn Over ChristmasMy family and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Woburn for three nights over the Christmas holiday and was deeply disappointed with the experience. The desk staff were consistently unhelpful and lacked the hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this reputation.A major letdown was the pool being out of order for two of the three nights we stayed, without any prior notice or compensation offered. This was particularly frustrating as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for our holiday stay.Additionally, the hallways on the upper floors had a pervasive smell of cannabis, which was quite off-putting and raised concerns about the cleanliness and management of the facility.To add to our troubles, there was an incident where a car in the hotel parking lot (a rental car) had its tires slashed. This raised serious concerns about the safety and security measures in place at the hotel.Overall, our experience at the Crowne Plaza Woburn was far from the relaxing holiday getaway we had anticipated. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of outlets and large beautiful shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price and location were excellent. The hotel sports bar had great food, entertainment and hard working staff that are on it. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of fresh cut up fruit, bacon and sausage! It had many options for all diets and allergies.
