It's been a month and the gate doors aren't working. You'll be carrying heavy things through the ramp doors.For Cub Smart, moving these heavy things is normal (because Gut Door 🚪, don't work). This is their boss's number. He's out of work.

Amazing staff! The only downside is that the facility only has one elevator, which becomes an issue when it gets busy.

Online reservation, price, and check in process was very easy and convenient. I realized at the end of a move that I needed more space and was able to reserve and fill a unit same day on a Saturday. There are 3 carts available for use, and the location is easy from downtown Woburn.

I really wish I could remember which location Andrew works at. In any case, the on site personnel were out and he was covering down for a brief period from another location. Really friendly, patient, and a genuine pleasure to be around. I can't speak to the personnel that service this location, but the customer service today was first rate. Thanks again for getting the family and I set up and on our way so quickly.
