CVS has made significant improvements in service over the past few years. Customers appreciate the pleasant and accommodating staff, particularly the main male pharmacist, who is often highlighted for his helpfulness. Visitors have reported positive experiences with the pharmacy team, noting their professionalism and willingness to assist. Many recommend this location for its quick service, such as having prescriptions ready within minutes and seamless COVID vaccinations. The store is also recognized for its cleanliness. However, there have been concerns regarding customer treatment, with suggestions for bias training to ensure all customers feel welcome. Overall, CVS is seen as a reliable pharmacy with a strong commitment to customer care.
Typical CVS. Overpriced garbage but sometimes it’s a little convenient to go

Staff is pleasant, but only use them for prescription. I buy my OTC items from Walgreens. I find Walgreens to be less expensive for OTC items. The same OTC with a buy one get one 50% off is $40. Walgreens charges $10, $20 for two of the same generic OTC drug.

Finally, a CVS pharmacy with quality employees & pharmacists. This is the type of training all employees should recieve across the board. Kudos to having excellent customer service, care, and proper inventory. Also, John & Brandon are excellent pharmacists. CVS needs to hire more individuals like them!
