Holy smokes, their automated voice service is INSANELY bad. Please fix it and bring it into the 21st century. I should not have to spend more than 2 min on the line to put in my prescription refill!

Was picking up my infants, monthly formula, prescription, and on the prescription it stated the formula was being discontinued. I questioned the pharmacist giving me the prescription and they reiterated this. This sent me Into a panic because It already took months to find a formula that did not make my babies stomach upset. I am immediately called the pediatrician office and the formula for them both to tell me that this was false information. The formula was very upset and asked for the pharmacies information to call them themselves, but I also called back and let them know that this was false information And the person who answered did not seem to care at all.

Very polite and last time I was there they went out of their way to get me medicine that was covered by my insurence. Very helpful and super nice!!

This pharmacy used to be fantastic, always flexible and helpful. The past few months, something or someone changed that has made it a nightmare at times.I rely on a 60-day supply of medication, and securing it has become increasingly challenging. The pharmacy frequently fluctuates between having generic and brand-name versions, necessitating repeated consultations with my doctor to adjust prescriptions. This process often leads to delays, leaving me without my essential medication.While I understand that medication shortages can occur, the interaction with the staff, particularly one gentleman, has been disheartening. His tone often comes across as annoyed and dismissive, especially when I call to inquire about my prescription status (a single call, not repetitive calls). His approach feels demeaning. Most recently, in less than a 1 minute conversation, I asked if there was anything I could do to help avoid this in the future since it’s happened every time the past few months. He abruptly hung up on me instead. If I was irate or pushing or keeping him on the call for a long time, I would understand. But in less than 2 minutes of calm and polite requesting information, I feel like I have to appease him and be as nice as possible. Doing so, however results in him hanging up on me.Additionally, the automated system’s estimated pickup times are consistently inaccurate. Had I known this, I would have chosen a different pharmacy to avoid the stress of being without my medication.In summary, while I empathize with the challenges pharmacies face, the customer service and communication at this location have room for improvement.

The service is not what I expect from a pharmacy! They have not refilled prescriptions. When questioned, I was told the Dr. stopped the meds for my heart. That was wrong information. The staff does not know what they are doing.

I think that when 1 person is there it can be overwhelming. Having 2 people on at all times would make things move along faster WIth that said Sandy at the Pharmacy we always get great service
