DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I ordered an $185 sympathy basket and they delivered a party arrangement to someone who just lost their husband/father. I asked the owner to fix the problem immediately and he refused. Do not spend $185 to be completely embarrassed. Save your money. Awful service

I had such a great experience with Noel at Edible Arrangements! Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, patient, and super helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed. Noel went above and beyond to make the whole process easy, and the arrangement turned out perfect. Thank you, Noel, for the excellent service!

I ordered Friday a platter to be delivered Monday AM before lunch, preferably 11, nothing and going on 1PM Woburn Edible Arrangements Sucks !!!

Poor business practices — very disappointed. I ordered Valentine’s chocolate-covered strawberries for my wife, but she never received them. When I asked about it, I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to contact corporate and was told to wait 24 hours for a refund.
What should have been a special moment turned into a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this location.

They delivered the wrong item on Valentine's Day to my boyfriends job. It was missing the teddy bear, the balloons as well as the wrong chocolates. Not to mention I couldn't reach a human when I called several times. I also did the track delivery option and it said it was t even ready when I got a call from him saying he received it. When he got home I saw it wasn't what I ordered. A gentleman named Issac called me back the day AFTER Valentine's Day and apologized but he said he wouldn't be able to give me my money back and could have the items delivered by later in the day. Although it was a horrible experience, he said he'd personally make my order up and come deliver it to us personally. He did and got here pretty fast. All in all I'll never order from edible arrangements again.

lol read the reviews!! went during open business hours, no one was there and the door was locked with signs saying they are open. Waiting and rang the bell no one came. Decided to use another local company.

Go to another location! If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Disappointed because I've never had issues with any other Edible Arrangements but this experience I have to share.We placed an order that never came, but they claim it was delivered. I work in a building with security and security told me nothing was delivered that evening. We tried calling the store to find out how we can resolve this but no answer. Tried calling during several different times of the day and nothing.I personally went back to the store, the sign says they open at 9:00am but 10:00am rolled around and they never opened the door. I could see someone in there, he looked at me and everything but didn't give me any acknowledgement.I called corporate while sitting in front of the store and had it resolved this way. It was such a pain to deal with and also lots of wasted time.Use any other location but this one. I've used Edible Arrangements before and have never had this issue. Clearly it's an owner specific problem.

Poor business practice.. very disappointed.. My wife never received the Valentine chocolate covered strawberries I ordered, and was told there's nothing that they could do. So, I had to call the corporate office and was told I had to wait 24 to get a refund.Something that was supposed to be wonderful turned into a disappointment.. I warn people (do not) do business with this location!
