My dually broke down late In the evening on a Wednesday and it wasn’t looking good as far as getting it fixed in time. Thursday morning, while I was facing possibly 2 weeks without a truck and cancelling big orders that I was depending on to pay bills and keep my business going into the next month, I called 7 enterprise truck rental locations who all said they didn’t have one ton duallys and we’re not helpful past that. When I called these guys and spoke to Nick, he immediately said he would call around and see what he could do. Within 10 minutes he called back and would have a dually ready to go that afternoon WITH the fifth wheel hitch already installed so I could attach my flatbed and finish my work until my truck was fixed. They got this truck moved 2 hours north from where it was.Luckily, I was able to find out what was wrong with my truck and locate the very hard to find part. I fixed it that Thursday night in the middle of the night and was testing it out Friday (today) on a few jobs to make sure everything was still good. Nick called to check on me, and I told him I wanted to make sure things were for sure fixed over the weekend and that I would touch base with him Monday. He was happy to do that for me even though I might not actually get the truck. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with enterprise.Thankfully for my sake I didn’t need to get a rental in the end, at least so far, but I was looking at possibly losing my business after a particularly difficult year that couldn’t support 2 weeks without working. Nick understood how important it was and if I had not fixed my truck, that rental he got ready for me last minute would have saved my business. I can’t express enough how important people like that are when you’re a single owner small business and you have emergency problems. He will be the first one I call if I have issues again even if i’m out of the area .

I showed up 5 minutes after closing on a Friday because I wasn't aware of the 4:30 p.m. closing time.Nick was getting in his car after locking up when I arrived. He didn't even think twice about delaying his weekend and he stayed until 5:00 to make sure I got my vehicle.11/10 customer service and I'll never go anywhere else after this. Thanks again, Nick!

Had an awesome experience with Woburns Enterprise Truck Rental! Moving is never a fun task, but Brendan made the process a whole lot easier for us. I was in and out picking up the truck in less than 5 minutes! Returning the truck was a breeze as well. Very professional and easy going. I will not hesitate to use this Enterprise again when needed and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks again!

Quality service! I just had a long move and my guy Brendan G. Hooked it up for me and got me a great deal and worked with my odd schedule and was very knowledgeable about all my random questions for planning my move. Quality dude, quality vans, quality site! FOUND MY CAR VANDALIZED after parking on the spot I was told to leave it by the renting agent (on Enterprise premises). Paint is ruined for good on a brand new vehicle. Rented minivan UNSANITARY. When turning air on smelt terribly of something rotten. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We went to the enterprise truck rental in Woburn Massachusetts and we dealt with Chris he could not of been more professional we needed a truck because we got into a car accident he got us the truck we needed and when we showed up after hours about 5:20 he was in his car pulling out of the parking lot and stopped to talk to us and he parked his car went in the building open it up and got a side truck for us so that we didn’t have to come back the next day very professional couldn’t have asked for better help. We hope enterprise knows how lucky they are to have an employee like Chris. Ticket #3Tz72T

Thank you to Don Petrucci and Addison from the Woburn Sales division! I called to try to my move my appointment earlier and Don was nothing but pleasant and helpful on the phone. He immediately took me on when I needed it and helped me find the perfect fit! What I really love about Enterprise is that they are not those “pushy carsalesmen” you hear horror stories about. They really guide you and try to help you find something that works for you, not the most expensive vehicle they’re going to make a dollar off of. This is my second purchase from Enterprise in Woburn and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality cars at a comfortable and affordable price! Enterprise knows how customer service is done, that’s for sure! Thanks again everyone!

Where is the NO star option. My wife and I are traveling from Florida and needed to rent a car one way to drive up from Mass to Maine. We received a phone call from the Manager informing us that our car rental for tomorrow will be cancelled. I understand that there are modified hours on the Holidays (Dec 24th Xmas eve). But the option on the website was a 5:00pm up. We wouldn't have made the arrangements if we had known they close earlier at 3:00pm. My wife and explained to the Manager we were traveling not for the Holidays but do a Death in the family, my Mother. Our flight lands in Boston at 3:00pm. The Manager showed no sympathy and just fired off the hours again. We asked if we could have a family member pick it up and he the manager said no because they weren't the ones renting the vehicle. How about showing some kindness and just staying an hour past close for a person who's dealing with a loss. This company will never get my or my friends and family business.

I have never had the worst experience as far as customer service is concerned than the one I had with the Newton Washington branch, was my first time working with Enterprise and was blowed away by how this guy treated me a super racist guy!

If I could give this Traphouse of a Rent-A-Car company -5 stars I would! The people that work at this location have attitude problems. They left a open alcoholic container in the trunk. (So much for cleaning it) I've called HR TWICE. NO REPLY! My husband and I have been customers of enterprise rent a car for over 10 years. We never had any issues at any of the other locations except for this one. If you ask me, it's a little bit of attitude problems, hating their job, and racial discrimination. We have never been charged $1300 upfront to rent a piece of crap Nissan Sentra that IS JUNK! We have never been asked for utility bill, and a lease to rent a car at enterprise. So because we are minority do they think that we can't afford to rent a car every week that they don't trust us and think that they need the money upfront? Because I find it very funny I've gone to three other locations two in Cambridge, and one in Arlington. We never had an issue like I had in Woburn. So I'm just wondering, if in fact I got pulled over by the police and was arrested for having an open container in my car which I knew nothing about. Were these idiots going to come and bail me out and pay my court fees? Probably not! But they were VERY IRRESPONSIBLE because they were negligent, and did not remove everything that was in the car. Which means they did not properly clean it. There is a Covid pandemic! So clearly as much as they don't care about their job, they don't care about the health of the public. So how clean are they're cars REALLY? So coming from somebody who worked in the medical profession, I would steer clear of Enterprise. They are a COVID haven! They proved that to me above and beyond A reasonable doubt when they decided to not check the car, I come to find an empty container in the trunk. Which makes me believe they don't clean the cars properly. So as a word of caution, to anybody with compromised immune systems like myself. I would say do not rent from them! I am not ever renting from them again! Matter of fact, I think I'm gonna go get a Covid test to make sure that I have not been infected because of their deplorable cleaning ethics. So between the attitude problems, the open container situation, the lack of customer service, the racial discrimination, not to mention trying to rob me blind during the Covid pandemic! That is absolutely disgusting and deplorable! They are not a family owned company, and if they are, they are a bunch of crooks! My friend also had an issue one time with enterprise where they tried to scam a friend of mine out of money. Saying the car was damaged, when we both dropped the car off and there was nothing wrong with it. They did that to two other people I know as well! I guess I should've learned from what some of my other friends who have gone through them. Enterprise is a scam! DO NOT waste your money on a filthy COVID infested vehicle. At this point, I would rather walk. It's safer. They change the rates on you, and do not notify you. Then all of a sudden they want ALL the money upfront? Not even budget, hertz, or Avis does that! It's unfortunate after being a customer of enterprise personally and through my business, I will never give them another dollar from me. Better yet, I wouldn't even give them a ripped in half one dollar bill! When I had rented from Hertz I paid $200 for one week with a $200 deposit and the car that I got was a Nissan rogue and they want to try to charge $1300 upfront for a piece of crap Nissan Sentra? I encourage everybody to spread the word that enterprise Rent-A-Car's are not safe for health reasons, and they are not cleaned properly. So if you are at high risk to catch COVID I do not suggest that you give them your hard-earned money to turn around and get sick to the point where I could become fatal. But if you do decide to rent from these lying thieves, please thoroughly check the car out from trunk all the way to the hood. Y

I have never had such a bad experience in my life! My truck was hit so I had to get a car from enterprise which was fine but it then got a flat I called and they told me they couldn't help me I called again got someone different and she was no help at all I went to enterprise 30 minutes before they close and they told me they couldn't help me because they were closing soon. Finally I get ahold of someone who can help me and they send triple a out to fix the tire well she wants to charge me 50 dollars to have that done! Then I wake up for work in the morning and the tire he replaced is flat. I had to call out of work I called enterprise at Woburn and said I need a new car he said he would call me back I waited 2 hours and had to call them back to get the truck towed and get a new one. The guy was laughing on the phone the customer service here is horrible and I do not recommend going here. If I could give no stars I absolutely would the guy told me he would be here to give me a new truck in 30 minutes I had been an hour and they finally showed up with a truck that smelled like puke. And was dirty inside, has no inspection sticker and an empty tank of gas and a half eaten chicken nugget under the seat I would not recommend this place at all

I worked with Alex regarding a short two day rental while my car was in the shop. He was very attentive and walked me through the whole process. Very good communication and proper setting of expectations. I spoke to Able as well on the phone and he was great too. Made for a very easy rental car experience.
