Went in to purchase a used gun, Mike showed me the gun explained how it worked, after conversation and looking at a couple of guns Mike was able to help me get a brand new, first gun. Thank you and hope to go back soon

I stopped by to sign the paper for H,... Forgot the name of the bill but it is for the new gun rules for 2024. Super nice person waited on me. Small place but busy but they had a lot of help. I didn't need anything but picked up some ammo because they were nice. He even offered to take it out to my vehicle. Not what I expected. Told him I wished they had a gun range there. None close to me. And to date they gave me the best price on ammo I ever got. I will be back.

I have been buying products for this location for a long time but today I had a bad experience. The salesperson wasn't good to help me to find something amazing for myself. He didn't look like he want to be there. He was talking about his coffee. He wasn't putting attention on my questions. I hope next time I go it will be a better experience.

I look forward to continue working with Carl and his team in the future. Purchasing at your shop was a good choice and worth the wait to get in. I have been in touch with every firearms shop within 50miles radius of us and your customer service staff is amazing! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My only regret was not shopping with your company sooner and getting the full great experience before this bill was passed. It’s very much understandable why a line of people are waiting to get in touch with you and other companies do not. I remember those who have done good by me and I am going to make sure others know too. Recommending your business with pleasure.

After a 2 hour drive to the shop, and getting there 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing after leaving my job early—I was told I was not allowed to purchase the 4 guns I planned on buying That day. I never received a promised phone call to discuss my attempts to purchase. God bless you if you are that successful and ignore the people who make you that way. I’ll pay double elsewhere before ever going back to Four Seasons. There will come a day you will realize you should have treated people with respect but for those who were ignored like me your actions will determine your fate The extra one star is for the polite guy you put on the front line to do your dirty work.

Went in to buy my first firearm, ive read the reviews on here and i dont review places but upon walking in like any NORMAL GREAT BUSINESS it was slightly busy with people. Looking around on the walls while waiting I overheard really good customer service everyone was super nice… I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike showed me array of firearm options, answered all my stupid questions and was awesome guy to get along and joke with…. If you are looking for a good price great selection and just great people to talk with I highly recommend four season firearms

I am a resident of Brighton and I cannot recommend Four Seasons highly enough! They have an excellent selection of firearms and a knowledgeable and professional staff. Mike in particular was very helpful, assisting me with selecting the best ammo and accessories for my purchases. I will definitely be returning many times in the future!

Just walked out with my new canik! also a great range of firearms to choice from! Thanks to the amazing staff here at four season! they did a great job making me feel comfortable & feeding me great knowledgeable information! Not to mention super friendly the whole team there plus the dog! Love this place highly recommended! Ask for jack he most definitely went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with my experience and purchase. 100 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ if i could. coming back soon! for sure
