I have been a customer for thirty years and have numerous times recommended Geriatric Medical. My rep is top notch! The customer service girls will go to all ends to find your answers. I have even talked to Pablo in Distribution. I have in other buildings dealt with other companies against my choice and no company compares. Great prices, Great service, and Dependability!!!!!!!

Simply put: Outstanding!We have used Geriatric Medical for 13 years. Their pricing is very competitive, friendly service, and OUTSTANDING service. We order 15-20 times a week and deliveries have been perfect 99% of the time. Issues are addressed immediately by Gary, Annette, and others with care and professionalism. They are always willing to help us in a pinch, and we can get next day deliveries 6 days a week. I challenge anyone to find a better medical supply company in Massachusetts or Rhode Island with their level of service and pricing. A big "thank You" to Gary, Annette, Heather, Andrew, Jeff, Cathy, JJ, and the warehouse staff. KUDOS!

Gary met with me and laid out what seemed like a fantasy support model and pricing. I was reluctant to make the move because honestly it seemed to good to be true! Having worked with a handful of vendors through the years I can only say that these folks are the best of the best. Always there when i need them. They take the time to listen to what your needs are and go above and beyond to get it. The staff are kind and courteous. one of the best vendors we have ever worked with since 1990s. If you are a healthcare facility you can not beat the pricing, responsiveness, delivery team and drivers etc. One of the only supply companies who still operates their own fleet of drivers and trucks and does not outsource it like some of the competition. If you have ever had supplies from another vendor dropped into your lot at night only to be rained on or ruined you know how important consistency and timing are to facility operations. You will not be disappointed if you switch to Geriatric but you most likely will be if you go with someone else. This is coming from someone who has tried all three major competitors and from experience switching out was the worst decision I had made in my career switching back was an easy and welcome choice! I just had a competitor try to sell me gloves that were not even legal to use in healthcare at triple our contracted rates... Never in my 20plus years ordering supplies did I have an issue like that with Geriatric. Save your facility money and look like the hero you are and Call Jack at Geriatric ASAP!
