We came to an event here. It's beautiful on the inside. The outside doesn't reveal anything about how beautiful this on the inside. There's some underground parking but watch out for those columns. The wait staff were very friendly here.

Fridge with no freezer and no microwave. A difficult place to stay for an extended period of time. Unfortunately I spent 5 nights there ?

Let's see no complimentary shuttle for five miles radius like it says,almost daily the alarms go off ,rude employees and management ,don't follow Hilton honors benefits or follow the Hilton guarantee and made me and elderly disabled parents leave room and tried to keep the money and alot more doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel and it's also loud and don't get room with balcony unless u like noise 24/7 and dont want sleep
Rooms: Need to be updated also no alarm clock ,half the lights don't work and also missing a lock for connecting door also tub fills up when shower
Noteworthy details: Customer service horrible here even if a diamond elite member and stayed for months and spend thousands

They should inform you when checking in with children that there will be a wedding playing music that shakes your whole room all night. Music blasting til 12am. Won’t move your room because there is more than one complaint. Drove 9 hours with a toddler to finally relax and can’t sleep. Will be canceling the rest of my stay.

Stay was good, comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was good, food in the restaurant can improve a little bit in quality and quantity both.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, the room was quite nice with plenty of space and a rather large bathroom for a hotel room. Hot water worked well, although the shower head spray was scattered - it probably needed to be de-limed. The location is good - near both I-93 and I-95, as well as close to restaurants and groceries. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but it smelled great during dinner time - it is some sort of tapas restaurant. The setup for the pool is very unique as it is indoors, but under a large slanted section of the hotel windows and many of the rooms have balconies overlooking the pool. It is almost in an atrium. I enjoyed using the fitness center as well- it was properly maintained and clean. One of the nicer hotel experiences my wife and I have had!

I stayed at this property all the time
Last stay was a nightmare
As we checked in I found the shower knob
In the shower no way to take a shower called and called with the same promise we ll send someone to fix spent the waiting and had to check out at 7 am because I couldn’t take a shower and I feel mistreated by a place I truly love going I would recommend this place to anyone

Awful experience where do I begin. Rooms are dark & outdated not clean or maintained, my family and other members stayed on several floors and it was the same situation in each room so I can't even say we just had bad luck. Toilets need to flushed several times to actually flush, tub filthy and doesn't drain so your showering with ankle deep dirty water,looks like it hadn't been cleaned EVER, horrible wifi had to log in and out every 30 minutes, no TV the entire stay they sent up a guy twice even changed the TV out but still didn't work, carpet is sticky and stained we went and bought socks we could throw out after each use, beds sink in the midle. First night the hotel had no towels we used hand towels after we showered, no parking one night in garage or the lot, had to go on a dark side road and walk luckily we didn't get towed, windows have sticky handprints, AC barely works hot & stuffy we all got congested the first night from no air, no microwave have to use the one in the lobby, fridge barely works and leaks water everywhere when you open it. The people at the front are miserable and probably from constant complaints the line of ppl complaining our first night was 20 ppl deep so I kinda don't blame the hotel employees for their bad attitudes. The entire hotel smells like food from the restaurant in the lobby. Pool is disgusting, cloudy and food all over the floor I walked right out after seeing it and never swam. Huge potholes in the parking lot so beware of car damage these are huge! My entire family in different rooms & floors experienced the same stuff I can't believe this place has any business there are so many other options in the area for less money. Don't be fooled by the pics of the grand lobby online, it's a trap! If you have pet allergies beware, we were told no pets in our room and I found hairs that were not human with allergy flare ups the entire stay. Read all the reviews before booking and you'll see that my experience is not isolated. RUN!!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Our first room was dirty, and to make matters worse, the AC was broken. We spent two days in an unbearably hot room before maintenance was sent to fix it. When the service man finally arrived, he sprayed some kind of chemical into the AC unit, which left us feeling lightheaded. We had to call the front desk again, and they eventually moved us to a different room. Despite all the inconvenience, all I got was a simple "sorry." I expected better service and cleanliness for the price we paid.

The hotel is fantastic. The balcony rooms are highly recommended. Spend an extra few $s and get the balcony room. The staff is definitely not too friendly. In a hospitality industry that too in a brand pike Hilton, I did expect the staff to be more friendly considering I’m a Hilton Honors member.

The hotel is very pretty, spacious, the staff at the restaurant, bar and breakfast are very pleasant and attentive, we ate very well and had a great time.
However, I have to point out a few small points:
For housekeeping which is average (enters the room at 5 p.m. when I'm in, 3 times in a row)
I had to call 3 times to get coffee which came after 2 hours
No microwave in the room, for a 4* it’s a bit of a shame
Lots of noise from children screaming in the hallways (but this is not the hotel's responsibility)

Clean rooms, quiet, easy check in. Lots of people in the restaurant and hanging out at the fire pit on a Saturday night. Fun, upscale vibe.
