5 for selection , 1 for customer service. The managers are all so rude and have terrible attitudes and everyone just seems unwilling to help and don’t say please or thank you..they just hand you a receipt, they just stare at you when you ask them a question and get an attitude bc you forgot the receipt. They just make customers feel bad without having receipts and they act like they are going the extra mile to do a simple return. Returned something without a receipt and got attitude from Patti. Last week I shopped and got an indifferent attitude. I went to the Salem location to check out their selection, and my goodness was the employees way more helpful and willing to do their job well!

I bought a pair of lamps with bulbs in the lamps. When I got to the checkout I was told the bulbs were not included. Why display lamps with bulbs and then take them out before selling them?

Absolutely disgusted. Was waiting a long time at check out to find only one register open and the girl working it was very obviously still in training. Multiple staff members were walking around behind the counter including TWO managers who would not step in the help. The poor girl started crying so of course I said it wasn’t right and one of the “managers” responded “why don’t you work here then?” Take your business elsewhere.

I have found some cool stuff from this store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Can be sometimes hit or a miss depending on the stock. I like there are open still 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday.

Lovely store with a great selection of furniture and art in particular. Didn't find anything I was looking for this time, but will definitely be back.
